| this ep marks the first time that i found myself being totally bored and zoning out of this show. not enough yuno and yuki, really slow boring filler pace. the filler was AWFUL. the bath house scene wasn't even funny, just really bad fanservice of characters that i don't care about enough to WANT fanservice of. seriously who really cares about hinata and mao? i still dislike them for trying to kill the protagonists. akise is the only one in the whole friend group that i care even slightly about, i really hope yuno kills off the rest because they're a waste of perfectly good screen time! |

| Quite epic episode! Was a bit strange at first but it came out to be quite interesting I still don't know why Yuno is still in her fucked up psycho mode but she seems to have snapped... either way that those 3 are now in a gass body I wonder how they'll escape and what will happen to Yukkii... We've reached the middle of this great anime and it still as epic as in the beginning! Let's see what happens next! For me this Anime has a big change to get a 10/10! |

| I'm still enjoying the series overall, but this is the first episode I thought that was below average. How stupid does a guy have to be to not hold open the door? Did he not understand the situation at all? Is he 4 years old mentally? That part was so stupid. Sometimes, I don't mind fan service if it's done well or in good taste. Code Geass had some good fan service, but this just felt thrown in there without purpose. My other complaint is that the diary holders actions don't seem to have any bearing on the rest of the city/world. Explosions, people dying... Doesn't seem to affect anybody though. It's clearly a show for a younger audience, which I am not. |

| Everyone must be an idiot. First Hinata, then the narcissist friend/bully, then even Akise. So Mao's into Hinata, seriously, I think this show could do without it, the yuri I mean. Hinata seems to like Yukkii? What the hell man, am I still watching a survival anime series? I don't want some triangle shit and rival to fire up some yandere shit in Yuno. The part I really liked was at the end when Deus Ex Machina with Norio Wakamoto's voice saying that his favorite never change, he is betting on the First, Amano Yukiteru, and we have the scene switch to Yukkii, I thought that was cool. | Oh heavens, this was a great episode and the first episode that truly felt like a "thriller" anime. I was on the edge of my seat during the second half. That said, I'm royally fuckin' confused on how it went from Yuki and Yuno going stargazing to Yuno holding him prisoner in some abandoned town. Not to mention that it seems out of character for Yuno to hurt Yuki at all (I'd say holding him prisoner is hurting him), regardless of how batshit insane she is, considering how much his happiness and well-being has been the catalyst for all her actions hitherto. The final line with Deus Ex Machina was the shit. "I bet on Yukiteru regardless. My faith in the lad has not wavered one iota. Mark my words, First shall prevail." That got me super psyched up for the next episode and his voice acting is super awesome. |
