| Completed 30 with 10 on my ptw list and 1 dropped. I'm not even going to try to complete the list because there is so much there that I'm just not interested in and one piece is a monstrosity. You don't. Only should watch the pilot movie - Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu: Waga Yuku wa Hoshi no Taikai which is 59 minutes long. Thus in total 110 + 3 episodes. Luminlight said: Mushishi, from what I hear its a laid back series. I have to be in the mood for it, and it has too many sequels. Not laid back just not intense and not overly dramatic. It's mainly about healing diseases caused by fantasy creatures called "mushis" and solving puzzles how to manipulate those creatures. It has 26 + 2 (special) + 10 + 2 (special) + 10 + 2 (movie) episodes. Something like 4 cour show. Luminlight said: Ghost in the Shell series, I have to watch the movie first. You can start with the Ghost in the Shell SAC series. They are in alternative universe. Also Mamoru Oshii's movies are somehow unconventional and weirdly paced. They require a bit of familiarization with his style. |

| 57/100 completed. Also currently watching One Piece which I catch up every season and JoJo Part 5 I shall start up at the end of this season. (so 59/100) Monogatari, Rurouni Kenshin and Ghost in the Shell series are on my PTW list. Kuroshitsuji Movie and Pingu S2 (top kek) I will also watch in the near future. So, about 10+ entries are in my radar from the top 100. I will get to the remaining entries due time, as I don't really want to use up all the great anime too quickly. I always have something to look forward to. |

| 24 from the top 100, of which 4 completed are from the top 10. I am currently watching Steins; Gate and Haikyuu and I intend eventually to start A Place Further Than The Universe. I have many among the Top 100 as plan-to-watch, but I'm not interested yet at starting. The only anime I put off for over 2 years was One Punch Man. I stopped at the second episode, as other anime attracted my attention at the time, so I ended up completing around a month ago. |

| 27/100 as of now though I've dropped more than a few. pretty even mix of things I really liked and things I was meh on. something I've been putting off is definitely legend of the galactic heros. its so long and space operas are definetly not my go to genre. but, ive been getting more inti sci fi and older anime lately so of course im extremely curious about this show many say is the besy of all time. im actually planning to pick it up again really soon I just wanna finish a couple other shows first. |

| I got 42/100. Last anime I watched was parasyte and that was pretty gud. I think MAL's opinion of anime isn't perfect but still pretty reliable most of the time so I'll be watching more. |

There were few animes that I dropped but I have decided to give them all another chance. And guess what? I was wrong for dropping them! I guess I wasn't in a mood to watch them in the past or whatever... But I am really glad I gave them another go, one of them was Monogatari Series which I have enjoyed a lot! Yuru Camp was of one of dropped animes and honestly I did not enjoy it at all, but it wasn't that bad like my initial rating of 2/10. I am currently watching Highschool of The Dead and I had a really hard time not dropping it. It got a little better after 5 episodes, but overall, it is one of the worst animes I have seen so far. One of the reasons is I do not like ecchi (I wasn't paying careful attention when adding this anime to my Plan to watch list). I mean, I do not mind watching it, but sometimes it's just too much. but that's because my tastes changed with times. when I drop something it isn't dropped forever as well which is why having this list is so fucking useful |
go to top anime and ctrl+f the term "completed" on the top 100 I myself have completed 16/100, watching 10/100, on hold 2/100, dropped none and on my ptw there's 4 of them. The main reason I've been postponing watching them is because I wanna start as few new anime as possible, I already have too much on my plate. I don't really think the top rating system is valid in determining a shows quality and actually prefer anime that have been relatively "undiscovered", you never know what you're gonna get with shows like that. |
| Out of a personal preference to watch series with mass appeal, I focus more on MAL's top series by popularity, not by score. That being said, I know there is some overlap between them. Bold=Watching, Underline=Oh Hold, Italics=Plan to Watch COMLETED: 45/100 COMPLETED: 24/100 I hope to watch them all eventually, and sometimes I'll give priority to an anime if it's high on either list (or if is on both lists). That being said I have been putting off starting any of the Big 3 or other long running series because they are big commitments. I also don't particularly care for Shounen or Ecchi series - I don't hate them, but they just aren't my thing |

| 61 with 4 drops and 1 on-hold. Most of what's left are parts of other franchises (Monogatari, Gintama, Natsume Yuujinchou). The "de-sequelized" TV anime list is 68/100, 6 drops and 3 on-holds. Invidioso said: Unless at the ending of the anime somehow Oda makes a unexpected Twist and make fans angry, One Piece will always be on Top 100. One Piece dropped a lot in the past 1 or 2 years. When I first noticed it on this site, it was somewhere around 56th, now it's 91st. Another 1 or 2 years and it will surely be out of the 100. Just from the forseeable future there will be a Mob Psycho S2 wich has a chance getting a better score than S1. Sequels tend to do. There will be a One Punch Man S2, a Made in Abyss S2, a Boku no Hero Academia S4, the Vinland Saga adaptation if Wit don't mess it up, and it's already 96th from 91st. If Pingu fags exert themselves a bit, Pingu S2 too can easily take over One Piece. It's just a matter of time. |
