| kino's journey is pretty much your alternative to mushishi with no relationship fixing and no slow dullness gatchaman crowds is a failure but full of interesting attempts at being different space dandy if we were arguing and saying things like "there has been no anime actually worth watching in ten years or so" I'd go "bullshit! Though it's mostly visually imaginative stuff" and space dandy is crazy good in that department other than improvised adventures instead of summer beach/ dates/ stuff. |

| u know what? i actually agree that i dropped kuuchuu buranko for a dumb reason the dr fukui tips explaining psychology info i was well aware of (i live with a neuropsychologist) reallly turned us off it felt like we were being treated like children during those segments because we alrdy have such a far greater understanding of those subjects that we dropped it early on as redundant educational television skipping those segments it might have offered a decent story but really though Azumanga Daioh and Non Non Biyori are the pinnacle of SoL Nichijou, Kill Me Baby, and SZS are the best comedies anime has to offer and TTGL, Shinsekai Yori, Angel Beats, and Haruhi are anime that every fan should complete first before having any opinion on the subject whatsoever |

| @Kittenpotpie I did watch the -first- Haruhi. and the first SZS, I got bored with both franchises. TTGL and Shinsekai Yori both hinge too hard on being super straight. shinsekai yori's 'queer for a day' episode made me lose interest. I'll probably pick Azumanga back up eventually though. Fair enough with Kuchuu Buranko, but I think for subjects like that to be explored at all those explanations are necessary to meet the learning curve for people, since it's not usually within their realm of knowledge. @razortongue Already told you about Ao no Exorcist. Good choice to drop Lucky Star though. er. Nothing else really. |
