Great to hear that all is going well on your end too (despite the fact that if you are caught smoking in my department (medical science) you would be looked down upon like crazy haha) and it is nice to see that you are enjoying yourself moderately :D. For me money management is not too big of a problem since I don't live in a student hall, that is, I live with some members of family instead. That way I share expenses with them as well, including cooking (performed primarily by yours truly) which would take up the majority of expenses in uni life. Of course you have to address the elephant in the room, as drinking is practically what people relate with uni, and since I don't like drinking too much, that aspect of expense is eliminated as well. I'm also a bit of a nerd, so I stay indoors at the library or at home quite a bit, so I don't expend my money there as well. It definitely benefits me to live this way, as I don't share the same horror stories as the other starving less-fortunate students around me, who attend societies just for the free food! haha

Do tell me how things catch on on your end as exams approach, and I hope that you meet your expectations when the time comes!

cheers!
