More of a webtoon but either Weak Hero or Teenage Mercenary. I think both would be very good animated.

Almost all of my manga favourites:

Yotsuba to! The mangaka is against an anime adaptation, the goverment is against an anime adaptation, the United Nations is against an anime adapation. I am still hoping.

Girl Friends - just change the character design of Mari and I am in. The ultimate GL that I will never see in anime. Actually that can be said about Octave too.

Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - We have two OVAs, but I want a few seasons.

Warikitta Kankei desukara - This will never be animated.

Her Tale of Shim Chong - An other yuri, a manhwa, that will most likely never get an anime adaptation.

Ase to Sekken. It was a really great romance, but it's already done and I'm not sure how popular it actually was, so unlikely. But hey, who knows

Getsu Mei Sei Ki: Sayonara Shinsengumi, Angel Voice or Heat. And not because I want to see it animated. I just want the mangas to be more accessible as a result so I can finish them.

Eden: It's an Endless World. There's a 0.01 percent chance it would ever be adapted and even if it gets adapted, it won't be true to the source material.
Holyland. There's a low chance it would get adapted and a high chance that it would stick to the manga if it ever get one.
Gamaran. Low-to-mid chance. It's a good swords and sandals shonen which should be the kind of manga that studios like to get their hands on.

Also, with the popularity of Tokyo Revengers I would love to see my favorite delinquent mangas to get adapted or rebooted properly (Crows, Angel Densetsu, etc.).

Dengeki Daisy. It's rather old (at least in terms of getting an anime adaptaion) and already finished, so even though I think it was rather popular, I doubt it will get an adaptation. Which is a shame, because it's a damn good shoujo manga.

Also, Rutta to Kodama. I highly doubt it will get anything, since it's an already finished, pretty short (only 3 volumes) and 18+ BL manga. If they didn't want to include any porn scenes they would have to cut out quite a lot of content, which would make for maybe a few episodes.

Probably a remake of Blame! and Tokyo Ghoul (cope for this one)

Onanie Master Kurosawa.

Finally I'd like to see Berserk get a true adaptation sometime in the next century.

3 days of happiness, also known as i sold my life for 10000 yen per year.
I would 100% go in theatres to watch if it gets an adaptation as its one of my favourite stories ever, but its not that known to be adapted probably.

One can never be sure, with the type of stuff that gets greenlit these days. I don't really "want" adatations of stuff I already consumed, but I would watch adaptations of Eden and Gunnm made by Studio Wit.

The people behind the Bastard!! remake could make a proper and complete Outlanders adaptation, the original manga I mean.

I would like a Kongo Banchou adaptation made by David Productions, I don't understand how it wasn't made already. Nanatsu no Taizai gets stuff released every year, Tokyo Revengers has school delinquents and it's popular, JoJo is popular, come on.

Aqua Knight would make a decent ova series or a movie, the studio um maybe A-1 Pictures, or the people behind Bastard!! too.

Oh and also, I want Chainsaw Man to be super duper popular so MAPPA adapts Fire Punch, I would like to see that.

same. it was a great manga and it would make a great movie. the premise is very intruging, i'm sure many people will watch it.

The end of an era. Thank you Wit, Mappa and Isayama.

While I personally wasn't the biggest fan of the anime, I thought Children of the Whales or Kujira no Kora wa Sajou ni Utau had a very interesting world and premise and the anime ends with it barely exploring any of it. Given that the anime aired in 2017 and the manga, while ongoing, isn't the most successful, chances of that happening are close to zero.

I desperately NEED NEED NEED NEED a hakomari adaptation. Even if they fuck up with regards to the story I'll honestly be fine with that, I just want to see the characters moving and speaking. And even if they screw it up, it'll still be a really memorable anime, as long as they don't completely change the story beats. Plus an anime leads to a bigger fandom, which leads to more fanart, which hakomari really needs.

Onani Master Kurosawa too, a movie of that would be amazing, although the comparisions to a silent voice would probably get annoying quick

I would like to see a Hirayasumi anime done by some great studio. It's a great slice of life manga with lots of personality and character. Even Inio Asano (Punpun mangaka) and Taiyō Matsumoto (Ping Pong mangaka) have recommended it the manga.

The Horizon is an incredible work and, if you ask me, would immensely deserve a TV series or movie adaptation, especially the second option. Still, it is a Manhwa and it is also a "niche" work that contains a very heavy and melancholy atmosphere in its nature. For these factors, I consider the chances of an adaptation almost nil. For this to happen, not only would the market for adapting Manhwas into anime need to be more paved, since it started just a few years ago, but it would also need to leave more mainstream models and reach works with a not so vast target audience like The Horizon.

Another example would be Yume from Mita Ano Ko no Tame Ni. Made by the hands of Kei Sanbe, the same author of Boku dake ga Inai Machi, the work has just finished and is among my favorites, although I'm still waiting for the translation of the last three volumes. However, I would be surprised if someone besides me knew about this work around here. There are so few people reading it on the internet and the vast majority were attracted to the fact that it is Kei Sanbe himself, so I believe she is quite unpopular. Not enough to warrant any adaptation, although I would love to see it under the screens.

Liar Game, or Alice in Borderland. Survival game + gambling is always a great combination, and I really want people to have more exposure to gambling shows than Kakegurui, and people refuse to watch Kaiji, and Liar Game would be perfect. They made a live action, but they should have made it an anime instead.

Alice in Borderland is far more just survival game, but same thing there, I want people to see the best of the genre, that manga was the right level of uncomfortable.

A manga I recently discovered and have become quite enamored with is Hirasaka Hinako ga Erokawaii Koto wo Ore dake ga Shitteiru. Much as I'd love to see it made into an anime, between the relatively low popularity and the fact that some scenes are borderline hentai, I'm not holding my breath.

I haven't read much that didn't already have an anime. (Excluding H-Manga) I usually read stuff after seeing the anime. But:

An Innocent Relationship (Virgin no Kankei/Virgin no Kankei R)
Black Bird
Boogiepop Dual: Loser's Circus
Dogs: Bullets and Carnage (There is an anime of the prelude 0 volume though.)
Goddess of the Glass (Glass no Megami)
Psycome

Ultra Heaven, just seeing the psychedelic visuals come to life would be excellent but I'm going to be honest with myself, zero chance of happening. Why? The story itself is very niche and contains drug usage, it comes from a magazine, called Comic Beam, which doesn't have much buzz around (even if they do receive adaptations like Wandering Son, Emma, King of Thorn, Desert Punk, and Thermae Romae), would be too difficult to animate all the complex sequences meaning they can't translate well unless it's a talented staff (I think only Studio 4°C could pull it off with what they did in Children of the Sea), and it's on permanent hiatus so its story technically hasn't concluded.

Still, it's one of my favorite manga and I'm okay with getting no adaptation but if it happened I would be surprised. Another I can think of is Omoide Emanon, a short story that would look gorgeous if appropriately adapted. I would've said Fire Punch but the statement from Mappa (even if it may have been twisted for a clickbait article) gives me hope.
