| 26 10/10s out of 6.5k anime on my list. But given how many music videos and shorts I watch let's say 26 out of 3500 'real' anime, which would still make it less than 1% (~0.74%). That sounds about right, I do like my 10s to be special and rare. | I only give animes a 10/10 that I consider to be exceptional and a leading example of that specific genre. From like 100+ shows i only gave 4 10/10 ratings. |

| My 10s are closely tied to my 9s as both categories feature anime that are near perfection. The 10s are the ones that had more of an emotional impact on me. So far I have 4 10s. |

| According to MALgraph, I’ve rated .5% of the anime I’ve seen a 10. Usually several years pass between my 10s. I’ve often thought I should use it a little more often. I’m more generous with my 9s, at just over 5%. |

| Not that often but I find myself quite easy to let out that score once I found what I think is the best and left me a very satisfied feeling. After Gintama, I find it hard to do that anymore no matter how good it is. So far, only Fruits Basket s3 I let that score out. |
