| Seems like a really good show for action and storyline but the animation and sound is awful - not just because it's old because I've seen much older and liked the animation but it's just poorly done. The manga looks to be much better in my opinion. |

| Good show, great start aswell. IMO the music bits that play during the scene actually fit whats going on really well. Defintely going to keep watching this. |

| Really liking the characters. And its a breath of fresh air to watch a show thats mostly grounded on reality. The music was...maybe not the best for the burning scene, but it was still good. And i can't believe i forgot about Guts's badassery when he grabbed the end of Griffith's sword with his own teeth. Animation is still meh. It does the trick, but doesn't do much justice for the manga's fights. |

| Not a huge fan of the music myself, animation isn't great and the story is ok I guess. I'll give this one some more time though I feel its abit to early to judge if I like it or not. Hopefully it gets more interesting in the next few eps. |

| Too many still pictures, they can shake 'em they can zoom in & out but it's still the same damn picture. Low budget? 1 of the meanings of animated is lively, this ain't so, & it's "action" so that makes it worse, still picture "action" - it's like I'm reading manga but I'm hovering over the same panel even though I really wanna move on. The actual story is alright, I suppose. |

| The first 2 episodes I kept thinking "damn, this has some good ass music!" and when the battle scene happened it was clear why: Susumu Hirasawa. you plebs complaining about the music need to get some serious lessons in taste. |
| So Guts lost, weird though that he is supposed to have a thing about people touching him but when Griffith touched him he didn't flip so much. At least with Casca he didn't know cause he was knocked out but with Griffith he did. Whatever, probably just me sweating the small stuff. Great episode but I agree the animation was pretty bad. |

| This was to be expected since griffith as well as guts are both gifted with inhuman strength. Actually it's the perfect team with griffith being the strategist and guts being the sword. |

| Excellent episode, the anime looks very promising, i like the setting and the characters. One thing i don't like as much as the others is the OST, it is the weakest point so far, for a medieval dark setting i think there is a more fitting soundtracks than the current one. |
