| I mean the main reason would be simply because I'm invited and I'd feel bad if I declined (unless I had a legitimate reason why I couldn't attend). But the perks of free food, drinks, etc. definitely helps. |

| I have only attended the weddings of my brother and some nearby relatives, since they have been close with me and/or my family. However, I haven't gone to the weddings of my cousins living in Romania, because I don't feel close enough to them that I would spend my sparse vacation for it, plus from what I got to know from my parents, who were there, I am more than glad that I did not go there as well. |
