| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I think Alice slightly overreacted this episode.. That BAKA BAKA BAKA stuff and the crying was a bit childish.  Heh, slightly impressed by the maids of this show. Is it also just me or is the technology of this series seems a bit advanced? At least a few of the computer gadgets.. Also seems like the show has a thing for horses lol. LANCE CHARGE. |

| So far best episode, and probably his father gave something to Youtarou for getting that awesome lancer, so his father longer not chosen one or..? I don't know but somehow I got a odd feeling about Youtarou father, he might become enemy for Youtarou I dunno. Oh yeah his father is so damn young and Youtarou is lolicon. Go for it ^_^ |

| Personally i think that this show is regular, a least have entertainment value. Just a little worried because the lack of source material(just 4 vol of Light Novel until now). |

| This episode is just too funny LoL. My whole reaction is basically like jaw dropped when Shirohime become a real horse. Over technology stuff that seems to set way back of time. A lance inside the car engine, convenient. Horses that can jump or nearly fly story high. Seriously Kongoji, how can you win against the so called legendary lance that can kill you without even pierce through your body. |

Anyways, that was a pretty hilarious episode, albeit unintentional. Looks like new lolis will debut next week. |

| I feel like this anime is quickly becoming the definition of average for the action/fantasy realm. That doesn't mean it's *bad* per se, but it's not great either. Need to get to the halfway point before making a solid conclusion. The overarching plot doesn't seem to have shown up yet since Makio's kidnapping is resolved. |
| YAY! THEY SAVED MAKIO! :D Ahem...that said this episode hinted at plenty of things just begging to be revealed with a flashback. Did Yotaro's dad fight and lose Makio's mom to Makio's dad? Why is Yoriko now a maid and not a knight? Hopefully the answers will come eventually.... |

| I really enjoyed this episode! We got a lot of information that we need answers to. So Shin is still alive? It seems that he and Makio's mother Yuma had a history of some sorts and that is why Makio's father is trying to keep her away from Youtarou. Was Yoriko a former knight turned maid? She has some skills though! Makio now wants to become a lady so she can marry "Knight Lancer" and Alice screws up again and reveals Youtarou is Knight Lancer. I've said it before, but Makio is the cutest character this season! |

(I didn't see any adult in him) The music was nice the background during the Lance "fight"(I use the word very loosely) was UGLY!!!!!! The kid can't shoot a gun at a still target for sh*t and beating up Alice at the beginning was lame. For some reason the pacing was Everywhere literally. (I never read the Light Novel and Don't plan to.) (P.S: we all knew Kongoji was going to lose but that ex-machina was clichéd as hell) It wasn't bad but I was glad when they got rid of the UGLY red and green background. Use nicer colors next time. P.S.S: Am I the only one freaked out by that cat pillow Maiko was next to? It was creepy. Seriously. |

| This week was definitely better than the first 2, but not by much. Only plus was the music used. Voice acting was fine, but the story just didnt keep me in it. Decided to drop. |

| Being Alice is suffering, but her overreacting in this episode didn't do her much favours though. Either way, this episode was enjoyable, although it did feel slightly all over the place. The art & animation is alright, but drops in quality every now and then. I would complain more about it, but seeing as the recent Naruto Shippuuden fillers look MUCH worse in that department, I'm kind of relieved to be honest. ^^' Poor Youtarou, getting called a lolicon because Makio wants to marry Knight Lancer. He better get used to it, because I see him getting called a lolicon more often as the series contines |

| A lot of the characters got to shine in this episode but having so much content in a single episode causes most of the scenes to be rushed. For instance the fight scene only had a few moves and it all came down to a LAAAAANCE CHAAAAARGE...okay I will admit I like the hamminess of that scene. But the fight still felt horribly rushed. I enjoy that Yotaro needs other characters to help him out. It allows other characters to shine so the main character doesn't hog the spotlight. I'm glad that makio remains brave and still wants to be a hero after that...wait...excuse me?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? After all of that wanting and seeing a real hero to inspire her along with Jotaro saying that: "Knight Lancer doesn't want you to be in danger or throw yourself into danger while always depending on him. Cause he won't always be there." And guess what happens? The damn LoliCON says fuck that and wants to always be rescued and just become a lady to knight lancers knight... ...was the op misleading me to think that Makio was gonna become a magical girl to become a hero so she can be just like Knight Lancer? Just...this is disappointing. I was hoping for a brother and sister like bonding but it turns out that crap will never happen in light novel anime trash. The one episode that got me hooked is now pissing me off because of its ending. It's just really disappointing. I understand there is an appeal for having strong male leads always protecting their damsel in distress, but we have seen this before MANY TIMES. A change of pace would be amazing. Makio, you disappoint me. Because now you are no longer a character but a moe LoliCON blob that only exists as eye candy and nothing more. Your development went down the drain because of pandering. And watch how this show will spiral into more pandering. ...sigh...oh well... |

He does seem to be the type who likes to mess around before actually killing someone, so it's not unlikely that he "missed" on that first shot on purpose. Having him actually receive a replacement lance felt down-to-earth. 3) Same with the electric cage. By the way, that kind of cage will be even less effective IRL. |
