| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Tomoe remembering the past, with curse. Mikage to the rescue. Promise to eternal love with the human lady in the past not able to come true so he got curse. The reason for losing the memory was to cure the curse. Changing the past means he won't arrive to Mikage and he won't meet Tomoe and Mizuki... Suwabe-san's character and Tomoe are fighting in good relations. Though Gods want Tomoe to be captured from his wrong doing. Tomoe's past love saved her, but she was before meeting Tomoe and hates youkai. She saved Tomoe, but she entrusted the lady to tend. Just seeing the ED credit... Maaya Sakamoto? Who did she voice? Kuroma? And Shimono-san voiced another character called Sukeroku? Edit: Just checked this because Japanese wiki doesn't have him. Wait, that dark guy in the beginning was by her?? |

| It was ok, for being kind of like an introduction. Tomoe is cursed, Mikage is back and then we have Nanami traveling in time, with Mizuki's help, then we meet Yukiji who oh surprise, hates youkai. Then we have Nanami saving Tomoe and end... well not exactly like that... but resumed that is. The next ones will probably be better. |

| So glad to see this animated, it is finally here! I couldn't stop >.< when Mikage described Tomoe's feelings, and then Tomoe himself saying his heart got stolen! The strange warmth that Yukiji feels from Nanami :3, so nice to see. 3 months per episode isn't so bad, definitely worth re-watching. Looking forward to when I get to indulge myself into 4 episodes of greatness. |

| For a moment, I had forgotten that they were animating this. When I saw the link appear on the site where I watch all my anime, I got so incredibly happy! It was slow, but it did a nice job setting the stage for what's to come. I don't know how I'll wait another few months for the next one! D: |

| I kinda felt for Mizuki when he took the censer. He doesn't want to experience that timeline of never meeting Nanami. I'm glad the Mikage is back though. Ugh, the wait feels like forever! |

| Whoa, this was much more serious than I had expected. Interesting OVA overall especially with Yukiji involved. I think she and Nanami has a nice chemistry as well. Yukiji's hatred for youkai though.... |

It seems that knowing the woman's name is important for the fallen god to bind the contract. |

| I've re-read the arc in the manga so much (it's practically my favourite part) and seeing it animated is so good ;; I really like the OSTs they used since they fit the setting rather well. I can't wait for the next one. |

| ): I enjyoed it but not as I enjoyed those chapters in the manga. I felt that it was all too quick- Tomoe's sickness, Nanami's reaction to Mikage's explanation.... I assume it had to be like this because its in the format of an OVA, but still :( |

| Finally getting around to this arch. It is such an important and pivotal part of the story. He has been in love with Nanami all along! It's too bad they are only giving it 4 episodes. Not sure how they are going to fit everything in. |

I suspect the producers could've wanted us the audience to tell the difference between Yukiji and Nanami thats y they recolored Yukiji here , lol!! but c'mon we aint no idiots its easy to tell w/o the need to recolor x.x if not maybe, they overlooked it haha. besides, they already showed us how Yukiji looked like in season 1 and season 2 (same hair n eye color as nanami , only the hair style is slightly different with dat bangs) . so most likely the reason is because they overlooked it lol :D |

| Oh this arc looks promising. I like Yukiji, but I guess Nanami is mistaking her for someone else? Maybe its a time loop of sorts, and somehow Tomoe thinks Nanami is Yukiji? Its something along those lines. |

| Okay, I have never liked Nanami. She's way too hopeless most of the time and also very selfish, so she doesn't fit to be with Tomoe. The episode was good, I love to see Tomoe's past. Even tho it's annoying that Nanami reminds Tomoe of her ex-lover. |

| Going for the time loop providential encounter is the plot twist I least wanted to see, it's a major deus ex machina and everything can only go downhill from here. GG for making an OVA uninteresting from the first episode. |
