Pretty solid episode, we got more exploration, world fiction building and most importantly, the relationship angle that is explored into the dynamics related to this anime's themes. It seems this anime is really focused on expanding its world too based on its narrative. Kiruko and Maru's relationship is starting to get a little dull though. |

Words like strange can’t even begin to define whatever that fish-like creature was. Though thought they would go bam-bam with the thrashing, but rather it turned out to be a simple cat mouse race where Kiruko and Maru did avoid the unfortunate in the end. Locking up the creature in the storage room, and thus making it lose its moisture in the end. Smart planning does help in less hardwok, and this was one such instance lol. Back to the facility, you just can’t guess whatever’s going in the minds of these kids. Kuku took Tokio with herself to a totally inconspicuous place, and I mean totally… as it isn’t even possible for those without a history in Spiderman tutorial to get into that kinda inside within the inside. There they found totally not normal infants, who in no way were human like, yep makes you wonder what kinda thing those old people are even pulling in this facility smh. Talking about abnormal, this episode was fairly abundant with those instances. I mean bowl-cut legit asking Mimihime to want to touch her and everything which comes with that kinda deal LMAOOOO. Guys asking guys for wanting to spend time with each other.. not in a buddy-buddy sense though. So yeah plenty is wrong. That one kid is right, better run the hell out of here. ASAP. |

Getting more interested in what happens at that school than I first was. Kuku is one strange animal, crazy athletic ability. That monster was freaky. |

Felt like a lot happened in this episode. The man eater getting killed by boxes of weed. Hilarious. i think the big things is that Tokio is seeing other people falling in love with each other and just getting urges that they can and can't control. That footprint is definitely going to be an issue in future episodes. Seems like these kids have some special powers??? They're making maneaters in this facility. Solid episode. looking forward to next week. |

Well the ending was pretty drastic. As for the kids learning those things well those things are instincts even if you don't teach them they will learn about it in some way, tho they will only have half the knowledge so you should not be surprised if one of the girls ends up pregnant at some point. Anyway the part on the boot was intense but the question that remains is what is to connection between the characters outside and the ones inside that institution? |

So Tokio cant be seen by security cameras. Seems like the children have super powers and maybe that place is where they breed the monsters. |

the kids in heaven or that utopia facility is learning sex aka making love on their own eh and those babies are man eaters and not humans lol maybe that facility is making mutants out of man eaters fusing with humans so the doctor that Kiruko is looking for might be there too |

Another great episode so far. I'm pretty worried about the kids in the facility because they are learning how to have sex and hot to get in relationships on their own, and a lot of things can be wrong. On the other hand, Maru and Kiruko's story is getting a bit repetitive, I hope they make some discovery soon. But overall, I've liked and enjoyed this episode A LOT. |

Whew, another great episode! This anime is definitely one of the biggest surprises of the season. I love that they finally started to develop the "heaven" school society, it's way more interesting than what it appeared like at the beginning. The babies looked so disgusting, but I think it's clear now that they are probably man-made. Also, I think with this episode there might be more about sexuality, psychologically speaking, than just secluded, repressed (probably supernatural) children discovering human connection. |

Kuku and Tokio going to see the babies towards the walls of the outside, while the students all go through different phases of life, from Tarao's health issues to Nanaki and Iwa's lesbian kiss. All while the fish man-eater that struck the ship with Kiruko and Maru facing the brunt of its attack, with no plan but to evade it to the best of their abilities, using the marijuana that is shipped on the cardboards that absorb water to eventually kill it. Both Kuku and Tokio eventually reaching the nursery of the babies, and their actions...thankfully did not trigger the alarm on them, though one alien eventually learned of Tokio's name. Rather than taking up on the sailors' compensation for killing the man-eater, both Kiruko and Maru are onto more clues to find Heaven, and thankfully this time, they're able to have some good food made from bean jelly. The gun's bird logo being from the mysterious Mitsuba home center, both of them were able to take a rest. Shiro wanting a picture from Mimihime, but it's more like he's discovering sex for the first time, and Tokio overhears it to have the same imagination brought to her, no thanks to Tarao. She confides in Kona who notices her aberration, and he knows what's going on to tell her the abstract truth, which they somehow both naturally confessed to each other about their love for one another. Tarao's illness getting worse by the day, and within that request...fills in the one CRITICAL thing that he requires Tokio to do: run away from the facility. It's getting ominous by the episode, of the clues both inside and outside. |

Glad we got an episode focused mainly on the “inside” for once. So the incubator lends credence to the man eater factory theory. What’re the scientists in there playing at? So much mystery in this series that just keeps you hooked. Funny how even without being taught, humans will naturally learn about sexuality and attraction. You’d think the scientists would know that since there’s historical precedent, but anyway. Tarao seems to know something that the others don’t about what’s really going on in there. The fish monster dying from weed is definitely one of the funniest things I’ve seen. |

The man eater has the same ability as the girl? Are all man eaters - those children? Interesting, so the scenes from the facility are from the past after all, as it was also shown in dates in cameras in previous episodes. That one guy from the ship seemed to have a split personality. "You-kan! So you-can eat it!" Lmao Another amazing episode |

The fish monster was defeated by weed, never thought I'd see something like that in anime lol. There was a lot of focus in this episode on the kids in the facility, and they all seem to be getting freaky with each other lol. Kid really tried rizzing the girl up by saying he wants to lick her 😭 The "real babies don't have faces" line makes a lot more sense after seeing the babies in this episode. The shoe mark that Tokio left on the wall as they were leaving the incubator room will probably cause problems later on. Tarao seems to know a deeper secret about this facility if he's telling Tokio to run away because it's dangerous. It's no surprise that there's some shady business happening behind the scenes, we should get more info on that soon. |

I was given it a possibility in ep 2 or ep 3 but im now confident that these 2 stories are taking place in different times. We learn that in ep 2 that: -at a certain date, Shiro receives a nude pic of mimihime. -at a later timeframe, we see Tokio near the door trying to get a ball and the camera has a time stamp of 17/06/23 read as YYYY/MM/DD. Then in ep 3 we get the backstory of Kiruko/Haruki -the ep starts in September 12, 2034. 10 years after the calamity which would have occurred around 2024. -It took 4 months for Haruki to recover from the swap and that robin vanished in september. So its most likely January 2035 during that point -Then Haruki mentions to Maru that it was 4 years later that they met which would be 2039 In this recent ep, we learn that: -during the camera scenes showing them flipping through them, its 17/07/01 -During that same day, Tokio and Kuku are seen by a camera but its never once shown on the monitors. That means someone is guiding them. -Shiro is seen again but he is frustrated and claims that the pic of mimihime should have been between 2 dates: Folder_6/20 and Folder_6/24. -They seem to be growing those maneaters it seems like -The director seems to be talking with this mechanical/AI entity named Mina. It seems Mina is attached to the facility. Perhaps she is the one sending messages and covering up camera feeds. And another thing I would like to mention is that the director in ep 1 makes a statement: "There is an outside beyond here. However, it is a filthy world, a hell where abhorrent monsters lurk." I am certain that these events of the school take place in 2017, 7 years before the Calamity and the abhorrent monsters the director speaks of is humans. I would also like to drop some things that i am unsure about but are quite interesting It seems that Kona drawings have appeared throughout the show so far like the Fish with arms. Maybe he can see the future of things? So maybe these things have yet to happen? And this is a stretch as well but what if this is Maru? I have no clue except that Maru is def built different. |

The Japanese calendar system can also be based on the era of the emperor, FYI. For example, the year right now is 2023 AND Reiwa 4 in Japan. If you write the current date using the era forma,t today is R4/04/22 with the letter in front indicating the era. Note that in all the dates shown in the facility there is always a “t” at the start of that 17. That may not be coincidental as it could actually be referring to a year 17 in an era beginning with T. That could mean the events are happening at any point in time (past, present, or future) based on when that era starts. |

Regardless, the fact the show is even referencing dates at all and that the dates are a bit messy I think are intentional clues for viewers to consider when exactly things are happening. On another note, there is definitely some wild discrepancy with dates if the imperial era system is being used. Since Maru and Kiruko’s story happens in 2039, that should be year R19 or R20 in the Japanese calendar. If things were happening concurrently, T17 would suggest that a new era started in 2022 which makes no sense since we are currently in the Reiwa era here in 2023. |

It's interesting that I still don't know the event inside the institute and outside the institute happen at the same time, or differnt time, like different year, or even different era. The institute might be an event "before" the great disaster, maybe even the cause! |

More questions arise with the weird abilities the precinct kids have, the alien babies being incubated and the fact that the cameras can't register them. I don't feel like we're closer to uncover their secrets in any way but at least on the other end we get more monster fighting and a bit of bonding. Is Mitsuba really not the company behind that logo? Hmmmm... |

I love this episode again. I have so many theories. My original assumption that the two stories are concurrent is debatable. I also think it's interesting that even tho the directors didn't teach the kids about romance/being gay, they are anyway bc human romance and sexuality are natural. I also wonder if Tokios power invisibility to cameras. I also wonder what the sick kid knows and what the nature of that sickness is. My SO thinks it's cancer (Specifically Leukaemia); I wonder if it's a sci-fi disease. Of course, the two stories are connected, with one informing the other. Tho I'm not sure which informs the other. |

so i think they've made it pretty obvious that the children in the facility all have some type of power/ability. based on that im going to assume maru comes from the facility too/was supposed to be there? because he also has an ability. also the "babies" are man eaters. so they're making man eaters in the facility? just what is that place? im so curious to know. especially after tarao said the place is dangerous. what does he know about the things that go on there? and how does he know? i really love the episodes that focus on not only the main duo on the outside, but also the children stuck inside the facility. everything about this show is so interesting to me. |

So i'm guessing the "school" is a nursery for clones/homonculus and they used for example Maru's DNA or something to create a new person, now it seems its not perfect since they can contract diseases and become deviants naturally This show reminds me more and more of Shinsekai Yori, which isn't a bad thing but i hope the mystery will have a cool answer. |

DANGG the inside wall is getting much more interesting. Apparently most of the children are gay/ lesbian in inside wall. Takio looks exactly like Maru and Tarao looks like Haruki , and Tarao falls in love with Takio (outside world Maru falls in love with Haruki) I wonder if there's any real connection to it. Also as expected inside the wall might be more dangerous cuz they're doing experimentation on the children. goodbyedays said: So Tokio cant be seen by security cameras. In other words, it's not Tokio's ability. Some other kid is messing with the cameras. I believe they should be revealed in the next episode |

It took a long time for the proper version to release. We get a lot of information about the inside and the children inside. The babies in this seem to be the ones that end up being man-eaters. The fight is also excellent, very short, never gets boring with interesting perspective shots. |

Apratim said: wait a min can someone tell me that Tokio is a girl or a boy????? if he is a boy then he is gay bruh😂 I think it's kind of spoilerish since they don't reveal it. Tokio's a female Anime skipped the part of... (mini spoiler ahead) Tokio and the painter dude having sex. Manga is uncensored. It was just a single image of naked Tokio on top of the guy. Tokio having breasts - thus revealing he's a she. Yup, I was surprised too. Thought Tokio was male. Well...it kinda sucks they censor the anime, they should have made it R+ or at least R Tokio being a girl and having sex with Kona is pretty important for what comes after, i dunno how far have you read so i won't say more but yeah...it is an important bit of information |
