| 1. I really don't know when I started watching. Maybe in like 2016? 2. I don't like the idea of waifus and husbandos, but Killua would be a cool friend 3. My favorite studio based on their existing works is probably Madhouse. It's easier to name a favorite director since freelancing is so popular nowadays 4. I do like mature themes but I also like mindless action. Since shounen and seinen are demographics and not genres it's not easy to pick a favorite, but I guess I have watched more shows that are marketed for shounen 5. Parasyte has a really cool soundtrack and so does Space Dandy 6. Death Parade and Mob Psycho openings are both bangers and have great animations. I also really like the Beastars opening 7. I like reading manga and watching anime. Sometimes watching anime burns me out and I switch to manga and vice versa. Can't really pick a favorite since they're such different mediums but I guess I'm slightly more of an animation nerd 8. I like watching weekly shows and binge watching. Binge watching lets me immerse more into the story so it works better with thrillers etc, can't really binge slice of life shows that much 9. Well I like both so can't really say, and AOT is still publishing. I have to wait for the final chapter to decide which deserves the top spot :-) (neither does) 10. I assume big three means One Piece, Bleach and Dragon Ball? I've watched Bleach and am caught up with One Piece. Haven't touched Dragon Ball (or Naruto) 11. I don't buy anime merch. 12. I don't really know what's considered bad in the anime community but I'm having fun with Ex-Arm this season lol 13. "Trash taste" is elitist power fantasy lingo 14. Berserk would make a great game and it does have one. It's a musou game though. But if by actively you mean I am actually aware of what it is and actively sought it out, that would be 3rd grade. If I remember correctly... Maybe around 2003? 2. What's your waifu/husbando? I don't really consider my favorite characters my waifu/husbando, but if I had to pick any, it would be White Blood Cell or Mutsunokami. It used to be Gwendal... hence my name X'D 3. What's your favorite studio? MAPPA, hands down. In my opinion, they're one of the few studios left that are still willing to take an artistic risk and are not yet swallowed by greed for money. 4. I started watching anime in 2014, I started following seasonals in 2015. 2. What's your waifu/husbando? If I have to decide on a single one, its Masuzu Natsukawa since 2014. The original Naruto had great ones too, but they stopped using them with Shippuuden - what a shame. 6. What anime has the best opening? Its impossible to decide on a single one. Dean Fujioka - History Maker (Yuri on Ice), Stereo Dive Foundation - Renegade (Gangsta), Chico with HoneyWorks - Otomedomo yo (Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo.). Those are the top 3 that come to mind right now. 7. Reading manga or watching anime ? I watch more anime time-wise, but I think reading manga is better and since its easier to follow my own pace, I have more from the story. 8. Watching weekly or binge watching? I do both. If I have to decide on one, I think watching around 2 episodes each day of a finished airing anime is not considered "binge" but thats what I would prefer of the choices. 9. AOT or FMAB? Since my taste is so abnormal, I can proudly say that I enjoyed Nagi no Asukara and Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo more than most people. 13. Is there such a thing as trash taste? Everyone is allowed to have their own taste, otherwise it would be boring to talk with people if anyone agrees on the same things. There are though genre that I tend to dislike, for example Space, Scifi or Ecchi. But even those genre have some great anime, even I was able to enjoy. 14. Which anime/manga would make a great game? Durarara 15. What do you prefer: Anime before or after 2012? Thats right the point of time I would consider anime to be best. I think 2012-2014 is the "golden age" of anime for me.... After. There are almost always ideas that have been used by some other anime/manga before. Maybe Tsuritama? Or Sarazanmai? 17. Is a 6/10 still a positive score in your opinion? Well its above average. 5/10 is the average. But I wouldnt consider it "good" (that would be a 7). 18. Which character would you like to meet irl? See answer for question 2 of course!? Why even ask this! 19. What anime/manga comes to mind when thinking of wasted potential? Steins Gate. Its a phenomenal anime, easy one of the best ones out there. But I think there could have been more to the time travel premise. To go in the completely different direction: Ace Attorney anime is a disgrace to the games and should never even have been produced. Its a waste of potential in the regard that it doesnt even compare to the source material. However you want the question to be read, here you have two very different answerts. 20. What anime has the best opening? -Sword Art Online has overall the best openings, currently my single favorite Opening is either Kamisama ni natta hi or Kakushigoto 7. Reading manga or watching anime ? -I like both but watching anime adds two whole new dimensions to it so I'd rather watch anime than reading manga 8. Watching weekly or binge watching? -Binge. I'm too inpatient to wait a week for an new episode 9. AOT or FMAB? -Haven't watched FMAB yet so AoT at this moment 10. Have you watched at least one of the big threee, if so wich one(s)? -One Piece 11. Do you actively buy anime merch? -Yes, Figurines 12. Is a 6/10 still a positive score in your opinion? -I only rate from 4-10 so not really. 18. Which character would you like to meet irl? -Probably every single one. Sounds interesting to have an conversation with them 19. What anime/manga comes to mind when thinking of wasted potential? -Gunjou no Magmell and Black Bullet 20. If you were to decide which anime gets a sequel, which one would you choose? -There are a lot, like a lot of anime that I'd like to have a sequel. Classroom of the Elite, Musaigen no Phantom World, No Game No Life, Angel Beats but my choice for now would be Nisekoi because I really enjoyed that Manga and I would really love to see how the end of the story would look like as an anime. |
