PS: when Chika said "I want to hear 'Weiner' come out of Prez's mouth" the Japanese phrasing of this sentence can also be interpreted as "I want him to take out his weiner", making this scene 10x more hilarious lol JiangHaoyi1979 said: he's probably thinking of using his own money, his allowance, on his girlfriend, and not having to rely on his parents for money.btw did he jaz said that he doesn't have any money when he's a son of a hospital director ????? |

Kaguya's VA is a blessing, the constant different tones she has to do for the character are hard and she does them so freaking well, so happy for her. Ishigami the legend, Shirogane wanting people to work and wieners, another great episode! |

What a funny episode, I could not stop laughing with Ishigami's opinions about Kaguya and Fugiwara in the bow club; and see Kaguya hold the laughter with the word "Chinchin" ... hahaha, the funny thing is the double meaning of the word. LOL |

Fantastic episode! Miyuki's advice was awesome, to hold your hands with your girlfriend' of course, we need to get a job and rent a cruise, i am glad that detective Chika saved the situation! Ishigami segment was hillarious, we could clearly see his hatred for sport clubs and popular guys, the moment Ishigami speak about sport guys having a girlfriend and dont date her because of training while he dont have a girlfriend! The moment he made fun of Chika and Kaguya with archery club was priceless, poor Ishigami for bad timing, even Chika had to hit him, her calm was funny as hell! Las segment was awesome, and cute as fuck, the moment with girl when Choka discouvered how to make Kaguya laugh, Kaguya batle with Chika to prevent Miyuki from saying the word was fantastic! And Ishigame at the end misunderstanding the conversation, he maybe will daing because blood loss! |

I'm liking this show so far and it has maintained a great level quality wise, i like the voice acting and the animation, the characters are relatable but i'm starting to get annoyed by the amount of time fujiwara takes in each episode, she is a good comedic character but she doesn't have much depht and the characters i like the most are Kaguya and Shirogane and they and their relationship is supposed to be the main focus of the show not the not so good jokes of fujiwara. I'm still enjoying the show but this is getting annoying, i certainly expect it to improve because it would feel flat and superficial if it doesn't. |

LOVE DETECTIVE CHIKA!!! She's the real star of this Anime!! Oh dear, I was literally in tears, the scene with Ishigami talking about boobs in archery was absolutely priceless. He got away with just being slapped by Chika with a news paper. Also the voice acting for that particular part was reallly good once more! Chika trying to whistle was also hillarious. The tears of laughter just keeps going into the second half... Kaguya is so innocent! The way she laughs when she hears wiener XD Chika is really cunning, teasing Kaguya like that. She just couldn't stop. Now Miyuki thinks they are big perverts. Also that subtle "Dead or Alive" medley playing during that scene. It sounded so familiar, had to listen to it twice to recognize it. I'm dead XD |

A common formula right now, if there is either Kashiwagi or her boyfriend in one part, then it must be ended with that twintail girl peeking from far away. I already familiar with her, I've seen her self-chapter on manga, so yeah, cute. Ishigami... why your life is always bad story ? =D get a girlfriend, bro ! And this episode also introduce little background from some character, like Fujiwara is came from politician family, or Ishigami came from family who runs Toy Company. |

The "detective chika" was boring to me just because we already saw it not long ago and also the "romance advice" was repetitive, i enjoy this series but i am still able of saying the flaws it has because it has some glaring ones. |

This series is clearly a romance and the fact that it isn't getting much developed can be considered a flaw(if one wants to be blind harsh) or as the pace it goes in the first stages of the series(as someone already pointed out). I mentioned the mind games because i heard some people saying this show was like Death note if it were about romance so i instantly had the impression it would have some great mind games and my favorite episode of the show as of yet is episode 3 mainly because of the mind games. The most important aspect of this series is the relationship of shirogane and kaguya and that's what i want to see more developed because as far as i can tell these episodes have been mostly inconsequential. They have been excellent and fantastic at what they've tried to do but nothing really interesting has been happening. |

Honestly though if you're bored with this eps you'll probably be bored of the rest of the episodes in this season. If you want to see their romance develop already then jump straight to the latest chapter of the manga. |

Just giving you a heads up now.JizzyHitler said: LiedElfen said: I mean shes a main character so its not like she vanishes or anything, but we are kind of at the point where she gets less overwhelming presance just cause we have ishigami in the fray and were starting to get the kaguya circlejerk chapters that have a gradually noticible continuity (granted they are adpating out of order so who knows the order).I'm liking this show so far and it has maintained a great level quality wise, i like the voice acting and the animation, the characters are relatable but i'm starting to get annoyed by the amount of time fujiwara takes in each episode, she is a good comedic character but she doesn't have much depht and the characters i like the most are Kaguya and Shirogane and they and their relationship is supposed to be the main focus of the show not the not so good jokes of fujiwara. I'm still enjoying the show but this is getting annoying, i certainly expect it to improve because it would feel flat and superficial if it doesn't. But if Fujiwara is annoying you now I really doubt anything is gonna sway you especially cause I feel like she had the least screentime of the 4 protags this ep. I am just gonna go on a fanboy whim though and say the remaining episodes are going to bolster ishigami and kaguya popularity by a fair amount if thats any consolation I don't consider Fujiwara a main character, i only consider the characters that drive the story as main and those are kaguya and shirogane. Chika and Ishigami can still be considered a main depending on the definition you use but the two main for me are the ones that drive the story. Ishigami and Chika and hayasaka by the way are excellent and important characters but the premise of the show is the relationship of Kaguya-Shirogane and how they want to make the other to confess. Also thanks but i don't need any consolation so thanks for that, Ishigami is a good character as i already said but i don't especially like him, the aspect that brought me to this show is the relationship and mind game of kaguya-Shirogane so i just want to see more important things than the ones happening in the episodes adapted. I honestly don't see the need in saying someone that he won't enjoy the series much just because he isn't a fan of the side characters, i already said they are excellent characters, what else do i need to say?. I know this is a romance-comedy but i'm talking about meaningful interactions between the main, the best episodes are those that involve the main in a meaningful way and eventhough i still enjoy this "somewhat" funny episodes i don't consider them at the level of the best of the show. The "detective chika" was boring to me just because we already saw it not long ago and also the "romance advice" was repetitive, i enjoy this series but i am still able of saying the flaws it has because it has some glaring ones. Also just because they haven't confessed or kissed yet doesn't mean their romance is slow. Their daily interaction will make them fall deeper and deeper in love and i see that not as a flaw but as a positive point. Honestly though if you're bored with this eps you'll probably be bored of the rest of the episodes in this season. If you want to see their romance develop already then jump straight to the latest chapter of the manga. I won't begin typing the flaws it has because i don't want to make a review of it nor do i want to banish the show since i like it a lot, i just expressed what i'm not liking as much of the show as i thought the episodes discussion threads isn't solely to praise the show but to say what it is giving you so far(explain if you are liking it or not and why). Also flaws is a subejctive matter so what could be flaws for me, maybe for you are virtues and viceversa however that doesn't deny it has it's flaws as every anime has ever had since there isn't a single series that didn't had. I already explained what i meant when i said "mind games of kaguya-shirogane" i think you're missing the relationship part which holds a higher importance in the sentence and the meaning behind it. The mind games thing comes from seeing people praising it as some kind of "love Death note" and while that isn't a problem of the series by itself it still is about the series. With the romance aspect I'm not talking about showing those kind of lovedy-dovey things, i'm talking more about meaningful interactions between themselves in a way that helps them get closer and show the audience how they grow to understand each other more constantly, a clear example is episode3 which is the best of the series as of yet for me. I'll ask you to please stop making orders since you don't have an employee. |

JizzyHitler said: outside of the love advice I dont feel too strongly about the chapters adapted this ep, but they were still enjoyable.10/10 delivery on the get a job joke though, holy shit that heat bit was slaying me. Oh man what a surprise hearing what they are adapting next episode though, prepare for some serious heartwarming. That said I hope to god they dont adapt anything else past chapter 45 other than whats adapted next episode cause I dont want anything else getting cut now and then having to either remain gone for good or having to clog down a potential 2nd season by adapting leftovers What is the next story after this? I read the manga and I forget. Could you leave a spoiler tag to me for that? thx And for those expecting this show is going to be like Death Note. You know, intense mind-games. I will say it upfront.. You are kinda wrong. It's our fault manga readers to overhype the series with that statements because combining RomCom and mind-games have never been done before if I recall. So it is original and refreshing. This is a romcom series, with a SPICE of mind-games. Mind games is not the main focus of the story but more like how the two main characters interact to each other in terms of making the other confess. But overall, this is Romantic Comedy series. The main focus is day to day lives comedy. So don't expect much of Death Note's mind games but it's still there as an element of the series. |
