| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A lot of soccer this episode! Pretty fitting for a finale considering this show has been focusing a lot on the comedy and humor. Taking this episode with this direction made it intense. Aoyama's soccers skills is still pretty evident in the finale. Overall, I thought the show was fun. It had a lot of humor and most of the character cast got some spotlight. |

| This episode fooled me about Zaizen's mother, nonetheless they had their touching moment. Guess she'll be spent 5 years in Brazil now. Aoyama choosing to stay in Fujima because of the white uniform was something I didn't expect. Still it fits his personality. 6/10. A good show with good comedy. Clean! Clean! A-O-YA-MA! |

| Turns out the finale was one of the best episodes of the series. Really glad we got a full match this episode and it had more animation than most games in Days. XD That Aoyama nutmeg was glorious, I got chills when he made that play. Zaizen's diving header goal was excellent as well. That moment when Zaizen sees his Mom cheering for him was really emotional. However, turns out the show tricked us and that she's not actually dead but just chilling in Brazil. XD The reunion was beautiful though. Overall, a really fun series, consistently funny and accomplished what it set out to do and that is make me laugh. Characters were great and a lot of fun to watch, I'd love to see an S2 of this if we ever get one. 7/10 , Clean! Clean! A-O-YA-MA! |

| Glad we had no opening this week and it was inserted instead, more content... This finale episode sure reminded me of Hina logi's one in both we thought that the main character is leaving but he actually stays in the end. We sure got baited with Zaizen's mom, i thought she died... Im glad this episode was very story oriented, first we had lots of sports which we didnt focus on previous episodes. And we had some really nice comedy with the mom and guys in the end, the reactions were priceless... And we saw Aoyama's greatness, those godly saves kinda reminds why we like the anime in the first place. Now what i didnt like in the anime while finale episode was really great, i really dont like how some episodes were literally useless for the story. Like about author Ozaki or the clean freak person who is like Aoyama, and overall there are just a lot of characters. Also no best girl Mio in the final episode? really? :( Also some comedy parts got really overwhelming, well its a given when your whole anime runs on one gag. But i really really liked the art and animation, so i'll give it a 7/10 in the end i did like the anime in general.... |

| I got tricked, GOD DAMN IT! Nevertheless, the reunion was really nice. Decent series, the comedy got better as the show went on which was a saver. Supporting character as it was said already were really good. |

| Lol, we got fooled xD The part where Zaizen shot the goal was pretty tense and emotional. Overall, I liked this anime quite a lot, nothing to write home about, but a very entertaining watch nonetheless, with many moments which had me laugh. 7/10 |

| This was a fun comedy to watch this season... the characters were fun and I thought some episode were really funny! I'm giving it 6/10 This episode they played a lot of soccer which I liked... also all the characters coming together during the match. Nice episode! I could definilty see this series getting a second season... I would watch it, but I don't think it's necessary. |

| A relaxing show every week with a fun cast of characters and humor. I love the enigma that is Aoyama and would support a season 2. 7/10 |
| Wow, it's hard to believe 12 episodes passed by already. Where did my "summer" go? Anyway, I liked the show for what it was, but it was nothing special if I am being completely honest here. The characters all follow a pre-existing archetype such as "the cool kid," or "the obsessed stalker girl/yandere," or "rich boy," etc. The gags were blatantly repetitive and the story was predictable. There was also quite a bit of loose ends such as: who ends up with who, why is he OK with that side character female touching him, etc. It had a nice OP and animation, though. 3/10. |

Zaizen's poncho, his mother's hat and Aoyama riding a donkey, It was kinda obvious her mom went to South America, at least for me since I live there lol. Forgot to mention this is a Marco (Haha o Tazunete Sanzenri) reference  Still the scene with Zaizen scoring got me. And even more since he was my favourite, here in Argentina we are suckers for players with balls like him. Maybe that's way I hate Messi, he is the best player in the world but chickens out at important times. |

| Zaizen's mom is almost like a female version of Ging from Hunter x Hunter lol Still, that was pretty nice finale and they ended things off on a good laugh too so I'm satisfied....I wouldn't mind a second season though, overall this series was a lot of fun |
| Holy shit. I can't believe it's finished. NOOOOO! I'm gonna miss this show especially Gotou. ;-; The final episode pretty much focused on Kaocchi and holy shit his mom's so beautiful. Haha. Glad Aoyama decided to stay at Fujimi High and apparently he's playing football at that school because of the fucking white uniform. Haha. Can't believe this anime's finished now. ;-; Solid 8/10! <3 |

| This episode focused on Zaizen's backstory & his point of view about Aoyama. I think he should be labeled as one of the MCs than just a supporting character. His mom is still alive, i got the same reaction like his teammate after knowing that fact xD The football match was okay.. I know it would be focused on Zaizen & Aoyama, but i wanted to see more of Umeya, because he's the only player who could be Aoyama's rival in the team :/ ( I also just noticed that his last/first(?) name is Tsubasa.. oh xD). Aoyama refused to join the other team with a very simple answer lol, and finally he smiled at the end of episode, made a nice closing to the show. Overall a 7/10 show.. I like how almost every characters got their own episode. The comedy was good, even though sometimes it seemed off.. The football matches were way too predictable xD But, the way they won is always fun to watch. |

| It's a nice episode, not gonna lie. It's because it focused on Zaizen story, which is the main plot in every episodes they made and also the comedy here is pretty decent to very nice. About her mom. . . LOL I thought she died but It wasn't lol. Since it's last episode this monday. the overall score is 8/10, because this series is based on character development and comedy, the soccer is their theme that makes every athletes know their background. It doesn't concentrate to the MC's, Aoyama but he is the one who led this story lel. *8/10 Due to decent to nice character development and comedy *10/10 Aoyama's cleanliness *8/10 This series is greater than expected. *7/10 They always winning because of Aoyama. Overall 8/10 |
| Good finale. I was waiting for an episode dedicated to Zaizen so I wasn't disappointed least bit of it. But the finale sure fooled us hard twice in a row lmao I was thinking why would interval show Zaizen's mom of all times XD And I thought it was just his delusion when he saw his mom but turns out she was alive all along heh. But even so, the reunion scene was beautiful. Too bad she left once again XD The 2nd troll at the end doe. I was expecting some nakama or team spirit dialogues but should've see that coming considering the anime. I like white too :3 Not bad, not that good either. 6/10 |

| Aoyama-kun playing with the Real Madrid in the future confirmed. Overall it was an enjoyable anime, it suffered from being quite meh depending on who got the focus of the episode, but it was a good watch nonetheless. 6/10 score from my part, thanks to everyone who posted in the episode discussions! | I'm definitely gonna miss this show and I hope it gets a second season :( I do think it was a good mixture of comedy and football, but personally I do wish there were more football moments, but that's definitely just my love for sports anime talking. I like how it wasn't all about Aoyama, and it was nice how so many of the supporting characters had their own episodes. (Although my favourite characters were definitely Aoyama and Gotou). Overall 7/10, gonna stay hoping for that second season... (can't say I'm expecting it though) |

| Not the best of finale episodes but a fine and intriguing one nevertheless. Didn't expect it to be football-heavy though but I'm all the more glad it was. Funny to see Zaizen's mother alive though, surprising since I was supposed to be relieved instead but the way the episode unfolded it all made it so much hilarious, I just couldn't help it. Aoyama nutmegging through those two defenders was undoubtedly the moment of the episode as it sent chills down my spine. Never thought he'd be this good to nutmeg two at once. Has Messi ever done that? Well, I hope there'll be a Season two or at least an OVA upcoming in the near future as this show served brilliantly as a hunurous and enjoyable show. 5/5 to this episode and a solid 7.5/10 to the show. Clean! Clean! A-O-YA-MA! |

| Decent ending. Never liked the sports side of this anime because it's bland imho but the comedy side's a good compensation. Too bad, Odagiri didn't make an appearance on this finale. Good thing is the manga's still ongoing. |
