| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty intense episode, definitely worth waiting for. We got mech action in space involving Turbines, I had fear of death flags especially Lafter... Also really nice to see Amida jump into battle. I did expect her to show off her talent since she is a skilled pilot. The episode itself made me realize that Turbines are definitely not to be underestimated when it comes to mech fights. Pretty emotional last few minutes though ;_; Naze D: RiP |

| Well, we all knew Naze was a goner, didn't we. And Amida, too. Although a bunch of nameless Turbine members died, the death count was actually fewer than I expected, with only Naze and Amida dying. |

| Amazing episode. The opening moments were really poignant and ominous, it was obvious that Naze wasn't going to make it but still I was hoping he might survive. :( Action was really intense and awesome, Loved every second of it. I think my favorite moment was when Tekkadan arrived and Naze himself smiled after noticing them. I had a huge grin on my face as Tekkadan helped out the escapees, Soundtrack was fantastic for that particular scene rather it was fantastic for the entire episode. R.I.P Naze and Amida, The final moments were really emotional, I cried as well. Especially after seeing the shot of Lafter crying in the cockpit of her Mobile Suit, That particular shot really hit home because it was Lafter who earlier shouted "Turbines don't cry". Couldn't hold my tears after I saw that. T.T I think the transition to the ED made the final moments even more emotional, the tone of the song seemed to fit the situation so well. Can we please find a way to kill Iok now? I don't care how it happens, I just want to see him dead by the end of the series. xD |

| Well whether we predicted whos gonna die or not, In the end we still feel sad from the death of... regardless of death toll. You can't feel nothing from watching this episode. RIP. Ioq Kujan and those who are with him must die! |
| Fucking hell Iok. Just die already. I've never hated a character this much before. And even though we saw it coming, Naze and Amida's final moment was done really well and pretty emotional. |

| DAMN. I am so pissed, I can barely write. I cried at that episode, Naze was a great character. That dipshit IOK, has to die a horrible death. He killed a lot of innocents, and not mention that Naze wanted to surrender, but that fuck didn't let him. They day that he is killed, will be a day to celebrate. He was about to piss himself, when Naze attacked with the ship. God, I am livid. |
| Extremely good episode, i am glad this series didnt back down on taking the ballsy route like they do here as i honestly was kind of worried they would hold back. I do always have kind of a thing for shows where they have characters hold down final stands so naze and amida's deaths really hit home. I just fucking wish naze would of actually succeeded in crashing into IOK cause holy fuck i think hes reaching quess tier of hatred. thank god lafter didnt die at least. |

| I knew Naza and Amida would go, but I didn't expect it to be in that way. I knew Ion was a little cowardly piece go excrement, but i didn't know he would stoop so low as to fire at unarmed transport ships. Him dying will not be enough. Before it happens he needs to be massively humiliated in the worst way possible and in exorbitant amounts of pain. I hope the Neiwaz guy that double crossed them gets caught out too. Traitor. |

| Someone calling Naze a fucker, wow, so deep, I'm impressed. Naze is / was one of my most favorite characters in this show. Gonna miss him badly. Wish there would be more Naze & Amida moments, like in the previous ep, sobs. But RIP. I didn't see this coming. |

| Holy Shit what an Episode The moment that Naze saw Amida grab hold of him before finally doing out made me cry like a champ and then on top of that seeing all everyone breaking down didn't help my emotional state already. Really hope that all the girls can all find a new home within Tekkadan, I think it's safe that safe to say that Lafter and Azee will stick around (I Hope) Oh and I Cannot wait for that amazing death scene that come's upon those two Fucktards IOK and Julietta so glad that she got played around even with a new machine shows how useless you fucking are. 5/5 Note to safe next time watch with Door closed lol |
| Iok should not have survived, the ship sacrifice reminded me of the very end of Victory, that whole fleet should've been destroyed just the same. I get the feeling he may end up surviving like Katejina did with a so called "fate worse than death", we don't need a repeat of that, just kill him off already. |

| Such an emotional and sad episode especially the last few moments. I teared up. :( I really liked Naze and Amida, so it was sad to see them go. Well, my only solace is that they went together as I don't think Amida would be able to move on after Naze's death. She loved him that much after all. If I didn't dislike Iok before then this episode made me really, really hate him. I can't believe what a coward bastard he is. He and Julieta keep going "Rustal this, Rustal that..." Well, I hope Rustal discard of them both. Well, I guess now that the Turbine girls are back with Tekkadan, the chances that Lafter will win Akihiro's heart are high. He's still oblivious but I think things are slowly going that way. Again, I don't really ship it but I don't mind if it happens. It seems that there will be no romantic resolution for Mikazuki, Atra, and Kudelia. I don't know but I don't think Mikazuki will end up falling for anyone at this point but who knows if something will change. I want to see Mikazuki in action again. With only 10 episodes left, I wonder if we'll get a great finale. |

| This was definitely one of the most emotional episodes in the series. Just like almost everyone else has posted so far, I am so disgusted with Iok. I had been for a while but this was way beyond what I expected even from him. The fact he was even using illegal weapons, being the exact "reason" he was attacking the Turbines in the first place. Personally I think that McGillis is going to use that against him. It looked like they were hinting at him doing something this episode and I'm hoping it's exposing that Iok was using those illegal weapons to strip him from power. I'd love to see him freak out about his precious name being dragged through the mud, but I still would rather see him dead. |
| Ep 40 hits and this is the point you know lots of characters are going to get killed off in these last 10 eps. RIP Amida & Naze. Also I especially liked how it wasn't our hero Mika saving the day but Akihiro & co instead, fits with Lafter too so it was more sweet and all when he came in saving them and the transportation ships. |

I would hate the idea of Naze and Amida sacrificing their lives for naught. If not, someone kill him the worst way possible, please. The OST and crying scene, at the end killed me. And I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions between Naze and Amida. Ideal. |

| It's the very first time that a gundam show managed to sadden me so much. When the hammerhead collided with the flagship of Iok i thought he is a goner, and kind of felt relieved. Then the hammerhead bounced off, and even that little happiness was lost. Great episode. |
