| I remember watching some anime series that didn't have really high ratings (like 7 - 7.5 rating) and some of the DUB voice actors were pretty bad. As for a voice actor that I actually notice / pay more attention to (compared to some random guy) I would say I really don't like Greg Ayres. He is fine at times, and doesn't do a bad job at some roles, but I really hate his voice acting at times. I don't know how else to describe it other than it sounds high pitched and whiny / bitchy, or something along those lines. He has his ups and downs, but idk, I just really hate a lot of the work he has done. |
| Grant George the guy who does Keiichi from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I usually stick to English dubs if it is an option but this guy's voice is just dreadful, I don't see why anyone would even think about casting him. |

| Hmm... most likely my least favorite would be the English version of Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi. I mean it's not completely awful, but it can get annoying at times. Also, the English version of Howl from Howl's Moving Castle. I know, I know, it's Christian Bale. I don't have anything against him at all, I just can't stop picturing Batman when I hear his voice in that movie haha It's distracting! |

Admittedly the only other one besides them I can think of that's done a good job is Crispin Freeman, but even so. There are a few good ones out there. In fact, just look at anyone from the dubs of Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell: SAC. Both of them feature at least 2 of the people I mentioned above. Oh, and on topic, I'm not particularly fond of Aya Hirano myself. There are a couple of others out there I dislike but I can't bring their names to my head right now. |

| english: anything from central park media this may be unfair and biased but i never liked any of their dubs they've put out (slayers and ayane's high kick are exceptions. i've also heard positive things about now and then here and there audio wise). despite featuring VAs like lisa ortiz, dan green, veronica taylor, liam o'brien, michael sinterniklaas, etc. most of the voice actors they have are terrible! japanese: space runaway ideon had some very weak voice acting (although i did hideyuki tanaka as jordan bes was good), especially fuyumi shiraishi as kansha who was abysmal to listen to. both: hentai. then again, most english dubs for hentai are horrible to the ears. japanese are tolerable, but even they have bad VA's there. shoujo senki soul eater's a good example. |

| My choices will probably be too old for most readers: Hara Eriko : Hiyama Hikaru (KOR), the journalist (Venus Wars), Elle (MSGZZ) Her voice is very irritating (for me) and as much as it fits Hikaru's character, it does not go well with the Venus Wars "point-of-view" character (for me). Good point in Gundam: you don't hear her too often. Horie Yui: Narusegawa Naru (Love Hina), lots of minor characters in others anime. She's probably not really "bad" but I always have spinal reactions when I hear her. I discovered this person recently: http://myanimelist.net/people/38103/Hazuki_Kadoma I can't really speak about her acting but her voice itself is heavy and far from easy to the ears. A more recent one, who was "all the rage" 10 years ago scoring several 1st places in annual surveys (probably forgotten nowadays) Hôshi Soichiro: Son Goku (Gensômaden Saiyûki and its pre/sequels), Yamato Kira (MSGSeed saga), the hero from Argento Sôma, Daimon Masaru (Digimon Savers)... (Tenjô Tenge's hero, I think) Highly irritating voice (I would say the worst among male characters voices). But I think it is entirely due to the voices direction since he is able to use a different tone for some characters. In Saiyûki, his high-pitch voice is perfect for the overenthusiastic ape but in SEED it was terrible (particularly during emotional scenes). His "lower" voice for some other sci-fi shows was better than what was done in Gundam. |

For now I'd say that Nia from TTGL had absolutely terrible voice actress, her high-pitched voice kept me from liking her character through the entire series. |

| Yuichi Nakamura is great imo. Him voicing Onii-sama just shows how good he is. My fav role of him however is Hazama from Blazblue. Nakamura really went with all while voicing him. |
