| Chrollo's judgement is astonishingly bad. Uvogin: I think we have a Judas in a our midst. Chrollo: Nah man. I know how my boys' minds work. No way anybody betray us. Hisoka: Hey guys I have to go take a leak. I'm not going out to meet with somebody who plans on killing everyone here or anything like that. Chrollo: Sure bro be back by six. Chrollo: Okay, I got a mindreader, the ability to predict the future, and one of the guys on my team can magically alter the surface of any object he touches... Pakunoda, read Hisoka's fortune outloud. Hisoka: That's fine. Did I mention I have a guy who can flawlessly imitate anyone's appearance on speed dial too? Chrollo: I have no value as a prisoner. You don't know the Spiders like I do, Chain-user... Pakunoda: I will do anything you ask as long as you return the boss! Hisoka: Did I mention the thought of fighting you makes me horny? Like how did this guy even become a legendary killing machine good grief. Don't mistake me, I enjoyed this arc tremendously, but everything about Chrollo's non-chalance in the face of being wrong about everything and getting completely schooled makes his status as the dreaded seem like an informed attribute and it bugs the hell out of me when anime characters are written like that. |

| lol at Chrollo in the beginning thinking about Kurapika's weakness which were his care for his friends' safety. The spider's weakness is that each of its legs have their own head. But DAMMIT. I ended up liking big nosed monkey Pakunoda xD she's a nice person underneath her bad chosen route of life. I liked it when she smiled and said nyaaa to the neko ;A; it was q <3 Hisoka's face change tho after knowing the toy was broken LOLOLOL XDDD it was like a One Punch Man scene HAHHAHA. And Illumi's face twitch when he was disguised lmao I replayed the part where Gon and Killua ran into Phinks and Feitan then ran away so many times LMFAAAOOOOO. Good shit. Good episode. EDIT: I just realized that Paku prolly didn't choose to give Shizuku a bullet because even if she was a founding member, her dumbass memory would've forgotten everything that Paku sent anyways LOLOLOLLLL that's hilarious XDDD |

| A great finale to one of the greatest arcs in HXH so far. I love every minute of this arc and this episode. Kurapika is one slick negotiator. So slick that his plan made Hisoka's face become derpy (Chrollo lost his nen abilities). 5/5 |

| My impressions from the rewatch: This went by way too fast! Yorknew City is my second favorite arc I think, but upon rewatching this I noticed that it MAY be a little bit rushed. Or maybe I just love it so much that I just wish there was more of it. Of course Hisoka's face was a high point of the episode, but Pakunoda's death was also pretty moving. I really have to get around watching the older HxH anime, it seems that her death had a lot more buildup there. An exciting way to end the most exciting arc! Can't wait to watch Greed Island arc again. |

| Everyone ended up agreeing with Pakunoda's request to stay put so Chrollo wouldn't get killed and the exchange really did go as planned even with Hisoka adding himself to the mix. His utter disappointment towards finding out about how he couldn't use Nen anymore even if it'd save his life was priceless! Paku used her powers to convey everything that's happened to everyone who needed to know about what happened to the Boss at the cost of her own life just so they wouldn't tear each other apart... Monsters or not, that's some honorable shit right there. Killua and Gon running into them in the auction was really funny and it's good that they're at a ceasefire for now. |

| Hmm Interesting. Kind of an anticlimactic end to the arc. Also hard to buy the "don't become a murderer" trope when you've already killed someone... I guess Kurapika has pretty much moved on from his revenge tho? Some serious damage has been done to the spiders with 3 members down plus the leader. Still I image we'll see them again. While it was funny in the moment, I'm more disappointed that we won't get Hisoka fighting the boss. Maybe way in the future if boss gets the chains removed. Only problem is I'll die from old age before the Mangakas ancestors get around to finishing this stupid series, so who knows if that'll happen. |

| This saga has been truly emotional and spectacular, the lore of Gen'ei Ryodan has more than met expectations, with such a developed cool characters. And I'm really struck by Hunter's narrative ability to introduce script twists that break the structure of what you'd expect from a shonen ☆ I think the script is brilliant ☆ I can't wait to keep devouring this anime!!!! I want Hunter injected into my veins!!!!!  |

| What a fantastic conclusion to the Yorknew City arc! It was a slow burn at first but picked up in the second half. Phantom Troupe > Akatsuki Overall, an 8.7/10 for this arc, Hunter Exam gets a 9/10 and Heaven’s Arena a 8.8/10 |

| I’m so disappointed we don’t get more time with the spiders. I want their backstory, I want and need that Chrollo vs Hisoka fight!! Here’s what I’ve learned from hxh, characters will hype up a fight, but conflicts will most of the time resolve themselves in another way thus avoiding said fight. This arc was amazing and we had a great cast of characters and just how many fights did we get? A handful. I love hxh but it kills me sometimes. |

| Amazing conclusion, this really has been an awesome watching expierence if we take the arc as a whole. Phatom Troupe were awesome and got a fair amount of screentime so we can see their own epic moments, Chrollo really stands out as an amazing villain and obviously same goes for Hisoka. I think this arc is one of the best in Shounen anime specially in terms of pacing and character introductions + development. Can't wait to see what else this anime has left to show |

| I was wondering how the hell will Kurapika run around freely if Troupe members are chasing him, but apparently he take their leader hostage. And Hisoka's reaction was so funny. Overall that was a great arc. Maybe best one so far. |
