http://myanimelist.net/anime/31165/Meiji_x_Kokosake_&_anohana_Receipt_Oubo_Campaign This can be closed with an ending air date of July 31, 2015 with a total of 2 eps. As the anime’s description states, the campaign is officially over and that’s all that was posted on the official site. I highly doubt they’d make more eps out of the closed campaign so the 18 month wait time can be waived in this instance. http://myanimelist.net/anime/32215/High_School_DxD_BorN:_Yomigaeranai_Fushichou Wrong AniDB link, it should go to #11844. http://myanimelist.net/anime/32031/Idolish_7:_TRIGGER_-_Leopard_Eyes http://myanimelist.net/anime/32030/Idolish_7:_MEMORiES_MELODiES Like "The iDOLM@STER" this series also has special spelling. Idolish 7 should be written as IDOLiSH7 according to the official site's use of the name. Leopard eyes should be titled "IDOLiSH7: Leopard Eyes/TRIGGER" since that's literally the title in the vid on the official youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cj17Lh3QAM8 http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?q=bonobono Bonobono (Movie) was actually the first thing made in the franchise. Hatta's name is 八田 in Japanese but when read in the original Chinese kanji it is pronounced Batain which is why the Jap title for this film uses katakana to indicate that because otherwise people would pronounce it Hatta if they used straight up kanji. http://myanimelist.net/anime/31605/Kana_Kana_Kazoku:_Kakusan_Mare_Bo_!_1-Wa-5-wa_oo_Matome_Koukai%E2%80%A6_Ka_na Should be deleted. When you add the duration of ep 1-5's individual eps it's 08:36 which is the same duration as this marathon episode so we know for sure there wasn't additional footage put in just in case. http://myanimelist.net/anime/30013/ +genre: parody Wiki: http://myanimelist.net/anime/30863/Usalullaby +genre: dementia http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=32345 Whoops, please swap the Magic genre for the Music genre. http://myanimelist.net/anime/12789 +genre: music It’s like a Disney movie. http://myanimelist.net/anime/32122/Gintama:_Jump_Festa_2015_Special +genre: Action, Historical, Parody, Samurai, Shounen So it has the same genres as the main Gintama anime with the exclusion of Scifi as this Special specifically doesn’t have the scifi element in it. http://myanimelist.net/anime/31740/Chiccha_na_Onaka Main title: Chicchana Onaka http://myanimelist.net/anime/31738/Nanairo_Kakumei +synonym: Ribon x Oha Suta Specials as the magazine is formally titled with one b in the word Ribon. http://myanimelist.net/anime/31769/Kojiki:_Hinata_Hen Change Hinata Hen to Hyuuga-hen. That OVA was a half hour of clean OP/ED songs and such so it doesn’t deserve its own entry but the pilot’s entry needs to have its main name updated, the new info added, and the Creamy Mami synonyms put in as well. http://myanimelist.net/anime/5081/Bakemonogatari/moreinfo By this definition, episodes 13-15 should be an ONA entry. Other things similar to this have been split even if they're the same type (TLR Darkness 2 13 & 14). Episode 12 of Kekkai Sensen should also be split since it was aired as an hour-long special finale. ladatree said: Yeah I just realised that sorry. A reasonable interpretation of the Anime Database Guidelines would suggest that To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd Specials should be re-merged with To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd. Specifically, section II.b defines a "Special"-type anime as one that is "released alongside" a parent TV series, movie or OVA. It can easily be argued that episodes 13 and 14 were not "released alongside" To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd, but are actually an inseparable part of it. Furthermore, section III.c dictates that episode counts should be taken from official information, and on the official site for the anime, these episodes are listed as "episode 13" and "episode 14" (in Japanese), not as "extra episode" or something similar. It doesn't matter that another 1-cour anime TV series may declare an extra, BD-exclusive episode to be "episode 13", because that episode was not aired (hence, it is a "special"), while episodes 13 and 14 of To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd were AIRED. Hence, they are part of the TV series. Furthermore, they were aired on the usual channels (as per official site), just on a different day of the week, after a few weeks hiatus. Related, section II.a permits a TV series (like Unlimited Blade Works) to be split if at least (approximately) 12 weeks exists between any one episode and the next. This implies (but is not explicitly stated) that if the gap is less than 12 weeks, a split into 2 entries is probably not justified. Episodes of anime which should ideally be contiguous are delayed for various reasons. It doesn't matter that To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd was scheduled with an intentional short delay; splitting episodes 13 and 14 off into another entry makes no more sense than splitting off episodes 11 and 12 of Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica because they were delayed by earthquakes. |

What I'm getting at is that episodes 13 and 14 of To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd meet almost all of the conditions typical of TV anime (they were aired on the usual channels, they are numbered, their number isn't 0 (or 00, or "zero", or a decimal), and the title remains exactly the same ("To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd")). The only condition they don't meet (discontinuity in the airing schedule) is also unintentionally failed by other anime like Girls und Panzer and Madoka Magica, and they're not split, nor would it be useful to the database to split them. |

Sigh. They aired on TV as special episodes. They're not really considered part of the main story, from what I can gather on the official website. They should be split imo. But it's stupid that they're so inconsistent about splitting things. For fuck's sake, Bakemongatari needs to be split because the last few episodes didn't air on TV initially. Kekkai Sensen should be as well because of the longer last episode (and I think it was aired a special kind of thing maybe). With Madoka and G&P, I feel like the breaks are long enough to warrant a split, at least for G&P. Maybe the guidelines need to be updated so that if there's a three month or more break they're split, and if it's shorter than that (and if there's no change in type/length) they should stay. |

http://myanimelist.net/anime/9107/Pokemon_Best_Wishes! Pokémon Best Wishes should have 86 episodes, not 84. An 1 hour special had aired eps 85 and 86. Even Pokémon subs had them subbed, so those episodes do exist. And Owarimonogartari should be the prequel to Tsukimonogatari. I submitted this many weeks ago by editing the relations but see no response yet. Just pointing out, it seems that they are only going by the first 3 arcs, which all happen prior to Tsukimonogatari. In fact, they happen simultaneously somewhere in Monogatari Series Second Season, and all happened before Otorimonogatari (Nadeko's arc). Use this to help ya out if any of you mods not knowing the Monogatari series yet: https://www.reddit.com/r/araragi/comments/253p64/the_orders_to_monogatari_condensed_version/ |

Lupin (2015) has 26 episodes in the Italian edition. Apparently the episodes 6 and 23 aired only in Italy and will be later included in the Japanese bd/dvd release. How are you guys going to manage this specific case? Also, the series is alredy complete in Italy and there's also a special episode. Edit: forget the special. It was just a documentary without any original animated footage. |

The website is still active with merchandise and official original artworks postings so more eps are certainly probable. |

If something new comes out they are edited. It is better that way (i.e. not an eyesore). |

In any case after 18 months the entry will be modified to "Finished airing". |

The thing is, "the show has more than one girl interested in main male lead, he's already explicitly interested in another girl, and all of this is just a part of story, not the main focus" is in no bloody way in Hell equal "the show has many girls interested in main male lead, he's also almost equally interested practically in all of them, and this practically all the story or at least most parts of it" (the last episodes cementing it, unquestionably showing with whom main male lead will end).idk how this isnt fixed yet the show is the epitome of a harem DuelGundam2099 said: Supporting (can't tell about other pats if the franchise).Reposting requests untouched last week. There is such thing as shit taste. Only idiots think that every "work of art" should have the same value. Persona anime are good. Deal with it. |

I tried to use the "Edit Anime Information" tab to get the licensors added to a few of these, and I either got errors, or they never went through (I submitted the info for Blood+ and Ultra Maniac days ago). http://myanimelist.net/anime/14283/Vividred_Operation -Aniplex of America http://www.vividredusa.com/ http://myanimelist.net/anime/14719/JoJo_no_Kimyou_na_Bouken_(TV) -Warner Bros. https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=28769 http://myanimelist.net/anime/178/Ultra_Maniac -Geneon Entertainment http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=7224 (As Geneon USA died in 2007, it's OOP (VIZ Media did have streaming rights a while back after Geneon USA died, but they've expired), but given MAL doesn't remove licensors or former licensors (Ex: Trigun, Geneon is still listed when FUNimation rescued the series) for long OOP series, I feel it should still be added) http://myanimelist.net/anime/150/Blood+ -Sony Pictures Entertainment http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=14916 |

Since Toriko's Jump Special is labeled distinctly from it's television counterpart, despite being the first adaptation of the manga by two years earlier. This is the same scenario as Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, thus the title should be changed to: Ansatsu Kyoushitsu: Jump Super Anime Tour 2013 Special http://myanimelist.net/anime/19759/Ansatsu_Kyoushitsu And remove the (TV) subtitle from: http://myanimelist.net/anime/24833/Ansatsu_Kyoushitsu_(TV) http://myanimelist.net/anime/28405/Ansatsu_Kyoushitsu_(TV):_Deai_no_Jikan http://myanimelist.net/anime/30654/Ansatsu_Kyoushitsu_(TV)_2nd_Season |
