| Well yes, but that part can be ignored as a necessary component to have the crazy initial setting with suspension of disbelief. Although good authors can do a crazy setting while making everything logical, I just wasn't asking that much here. Not everyone can be Kawakami. But screwing up the character as well is a bit too much for me, that's all. |

While the anime conveys the revolution's notions as a joke, such a prudish reality would require "sexual material terrorists" to act. Growing in an environment in which you are unaware of a large part of human nature will distort a person's growth... and how is it possible to teach the wonderful science of genetics in such a Japan? That's why I'm happy Anna found the correct path. She will realize her mother's evil intents and purge Japan of those "public decency" laws. Children around the world will look up to her. Until then though, she must pass multiple trials. The one shown in this episode is but her first touch of love. The crystal clear drops that trail behind her show her progress, but she has much to learn. I leave the task of training her to Kajo. She will surpass Hercules and climb Okuma's Mount Olympus. I will spend my next days praying for her success. Anna, do your best! |
