So here's what happened while I was gone and barely checked in on MAL.

I moved from North of Lillehammer (not far away from Oslo) to Stavanger to study 3D Game design. the 1st year was kind of fun because we began by learning how to use a program calld 3ds Max, a program to create 3D objects, animate stuff, and render/prepare our work we have created so far, and many other things such as preparing the object itself to a another program we pretty much paint over it, like photoshop. It is fun but the learning curve is steep I'd have to say, it's pretty much rince and repeat until it's stuck in our heads and we know what this or that thing does.

However, as time passed, I began my 2nd year and I gradually got deeper into the stuff we learned and did, the subject got heavier (as expected) and suddenly COVID broke loose and school got locked down, meaning me like many other students out there, had to study from home. Now, the flat shared I rented was tiny, but affordable, considering it was middle of the city and I only had 40 minutes tops to walk from A to B, groceries was 5 min away.
During the time of studying and COVID, my mood and commitment do deliver my task got shot down in the drain, it wasn't easy every day I felt like shit and depressed, but I knew time was running out and I had to deliver or else I would fail.
The upside is that I at least did what I was supposed to do but on the downside, I the interest wasn't there unfortunately and I did it just to deliver instead of actually trying to improve and learn.
Sped up to summer, I passed and didn't have much stuff to do. It was kind of boring not much going on. I was careful enough to wear mask most of the time, even though the crowd were minimum and not necessary by the looks of.

During my summer time though I have checked some anime, and there's plenty seasonal that doesn't gain my attention. Maybe i'm too picky? :/

I'll name a few and short in summary

Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S
-Easy to get in and watch, easy to come back feels alright and enjoyable, don't have to pay too much attention I know whats going on, nice and calm.

Fumetsu no Anata e
-Alot better than most of the seasonal show that's currently airing and done so far this year. It's not rushed, it's not generic main character, it' something I can dig in when I'm in mood to focus and watch something I'll enjoy.

Violet Evergarden
When it came out, I tried one episode and gave up. tried it again and gave up once more. Now, i'm trying to go back into it and wonder why there's so many people who enjoys it. Still don't get it.I don't know maybe I dont resonate with the crowds who enjoyed it apparently? oh well.

Horimiya
Watched then suddenly stopped. I should probably get back into it hah!

Dr. Stone: Stone Wars

-I enjoyed previous season more. this one was fine

Jujutsu Kaisen.
-This felt like we already know what's going to happen judging my amount of anime we have seen. Kinda predictable.

Someone suggested my anime 86. Huh, guess i'll try

Oh and sorry if my english is rusty, I have always doubted myself of that.

Ah I see. Yeah I have a "crush" on older manga. I prefer the oldschool style and design. Drawn by hand. But PSME is an absolut classic.

Yeah, Sunny is lovely. I read it few years ago but since a while it got release in my country so I bought it again and read it another time when it complete here :)
Did you checkout Mukashi no Hanashi yet? It's the new manga from the Duo behind Suzamurai.. yeah I would like to hear your mind towards 7 Seeds. It's criminal underrated and imo the anime hurts so much. It's hard to recommend the manga since the anime damaged hart.. its total shit and garbage..

Hey dude. You've got a very nice avatar :) Can you tell me who is the artist?
Also very nice favorites. I like your taste in Manga. Taiyou Matsumoto is a gift!

Good taste

Yeah, I liked the first two episodes too. I think the show would've been a much better fantasy anime if the main character wasn't a pervert.

Hey, thanks for reading my reviews. I appreciate it.

Mushoku Tensei’s questionable themes are obvious because they appear often. They’re not too explicit (there’s little to no nudity), but they are very blunt (the mc is open about his intentions and honestly states how much he wants to pervertedly touch people). I also want to emphasize that even though the scenes aren’t that explicit, they are still pedophilic and often nonconsensual. So if you dislike having those in anime, you might find the show as concerning as I did.

On your mention of medieval times, the anime actually never pays much attention to it. The era is only used as a background. It’s never connected to the way society in the anime works. There aren’t any typical medieval culture or ideas such as colonization, the power of the Church, or feudalism (I don’t even recall a single knight). Lust and women’s downfall cannot be justified as a part of the era’s society when the anime doesn’t even put in any effort to set up the era in the first place.

Hope this clears things up for you
