The only problem I've ever had with FBI Subs is the poor English. I prefer their more "liberal" translation, because it makes it feel more like a dub's dialogue (better English flow instead of just reading like a translation), but these dudes need to learn a bit about how to use participles. Anyway, awesome episode. Ban's backstory made me feel the feels. Oh yeah, and I love that new holy knight. |

| Okay, is it just me, or does the timeline seems a bit messed here? First Ban didn't have the scar when he went to the fairy forest to steal the potion, meaning that he hadn't met Meliodas or become a member of the Sins yet, that is also why King was saying that he never questioned his comrade's stories when they were fighting together or something. So how the heck is it possible that Ban got accused for burning down the Fairy King's forest and got himself locked up by his own kingdom within the last 10 years??? I mean, if he were a member of the Sins before the coup d'etat, then they would have no reason to jail him, right? Since he was one of their best "Holy Knights". And if they had to jail him after the incident 10 years ago, then wouldn't they be jailing him because he was a part of the Sins, and not some dumb "Burn down the forest" accusation that probably happened over two or three decades ago (maybe even longer, since he IS immortal after drinking the potion)? |

Ban got jailed two times. The timeline is: Ban drinked the water -> jailed once and received his sin -> recruited by Meliodas -> the sins are framed > Ban is jailed again |
| Definitely thought the interactions between Ban and Elaine were great and really elicited some feelz. D: Good thing King got the general gist that he was misunderstanding something at the end. |

| They cut all the best bits of the flashback: what a disappointment. I suppose they did it for pacing reasons, but it really diminished the impact of their little romance to just have them suddenly be in love with no real development. While the quickened pacing has been working so far -- especially in the Weird Fang Arc -- to give the same treatment to one of your main character's most important scenes is just fucking asinine. Too rushed overall, should've spread it out and done it properly -- totally lame. :T Here's hoping that maybe they'll sprinkle some of those cute interactions in later flashbacks, but I doubt it. God damn it. |

| 5/5 Not bad this episode that leads to know another piece of the past Ban and entertain with a clash worthy of a shonen. Drawings and animations good, not bad character Guila. Let's see how the battle ends! |

| This Holy Knight though. She just killed herself. King wants revenge on Ban for killing his sister, who happens to like Ban a lot. Too bad a demon has more than one heart. RIP Elaine. (T_T) But because of that Fountain of Youth kiss Elaine gave to Ban, Ban wants to make Elaine his. Meanwhile, Holy Knight Guila is busy owning Meliodas and Diane with her Explosion. Not even Meliodas' Full Counter or Diane's Creation could stop her. Even when Ban joined, his Snatch couldn't do shit. So King joins the party with a spear through Ban. (^_^) |

| 3 sins couldn't take on 1 Holy Knight.... Although if Meliodas did his awakening thing he could probably beat her alone. Either way, pretty disappointed that it takes 4 of them to beat 1 Holy Knight. That means there are gonna be all sorts of bogus power ups later. |
