Wasn't as exciting as the first episode but still enjoyable.
Stronly dislike David.

Poor Yuki-kun D: I hope he will end up with Yanagi though.
The preview for next week made me really looking forward to the new episode.

I think Touko and Yukinari remind me more of Manaka and Hikari while Yanagi and Okikura remind me of Chisaki and Tsumugu.

GOD!! I really hate that Transfer student, the Heroin and the stupid gang

The Heroin is the type of girl when meet a giganigga in the middle of the night in Detroit and asked to follow him to the darkest alley far from the crowd and WILL follow
and then when the Giganigga unzip his pants she'll be like "hey, there's no toilet here.."
GOD, I REALLY HATE THIS KIND OF CHARACTER

The Transfer student is no less
He's the perfect personification of Edward Cullen + Justin Bieber
"I saw what you saw that night"
Option1: Duh! which one? I saw lots of thing that night..
Option2: As well as the others! Fuck off david..

While the rest of the gang are just a bunch of hippies

To put the cherry on top
The art is 100% similar to 'Another'
What the shit?
It's not even a good model
Anorexic hydrocephalus over grown midget everywhere

Good riddance.

Anyway, the episode was kinda interesting. Some talks about seeing into the future and one confession. David still reminds me of Tsumugu from Nagi no Asukara.

Yawn, it almost seems like I'm watching AnoHana/Nagi no Asukara all over again. I don't think I can handle it much longer, will keep watching some more but so far there aren't any characters that I particularly like or I sympathize with. Though it was funny when Yuginari was "Thanks-zoned".

I'm kind of worried about this only being 13 episodes. I mean things are picking up in a major way and PA Works almost always delivers, but NagiAsu desperately needed 2 cours in order to get everything resolved. I'm just worried things will be rushed here and we won't have the slow, dramatic build to the endgame couples that we had with NagiAsu (even if they were predictable from a mile away).

Pretty amusing how the bike fell over after Touko's 'Thank You' reply to Yuki's confession. XD

Still, the supernatural elements of Glasslip is interesting, although I'm hoping they can pace the story well enough considering it is a one cour series.

Looking foward to next week's episode!

At least we're getting the confessions out of the way. I hope it picks up. Like many others this feels like another nagi no asukara, which isn't bad but I doubt this will be as good.

I actually want to look forward to this anime. The confession was pretty embarrassing for the dude. Not really sure if I like the "seeing the future" thing. I gotta have a little mix of slice of life when watching anime once and a while

Hhh...this kind of romance is no longer interesting (at least for me), i think it's OVERUSED. Personally I like romance if it's subtle. If the romance element in a show is subtle, not vividly shown, that's when I feel the beauty.

The characters here isn't good either. I feel like I've seen those kind of character before many times in anime. About Yuki, I absolutely hate that kind of jealous character, why the fuck he's acting hostile toward Mr.coolface just because he talked to Touko. It's not like Mr.coolface is trying to harm her, and the same goes for Sachi, it's ridiculous chain reaction actually. And Touko, she ran away after being confessed to, that's a typical stupid act that's repeatedly being used in anime. David, his expression is simply an eyesore (btw Aldnoah.Zero's MC's expression even worse)...

Btw I bet it wouldn't be long until somebody create a love chart for this anime.

Ugh the whole confession scene just made me feel uneasy. I hate how oblivious Touko is and how off-guard she gets caught when he says it. It seems obvious that he has liked her for a while and that he has always treated her differently than the others. I can't believe that all she had to say was "thanks," that slapped me right across the face.

Hmm, this show is making it hard for me to pick a side. I have no idea whether I like where it's going or don't like where it's going. I REALLY do not like the supernatural element especially in these kinds of anime but I'll have to wait and see how they play this out in the long run.

So far, I'm really confused on this "seeing the future" shit and how that one bland guy and Touko needs to be like in the same mile radius to see and hear the future or something. And like how the fuck would that guy know such things like is he some kind of time traveler? Are we going to see an Okabe pop out of nowhere and yell out "HOUIN KYOUMA, SONUVABITCH"?

But it is interesting to see a confession in the 2nd episode and a successful confession at that and not some ass pull and have someone interrupt them (even though he got rejected; like ouch, daw') I'm not gonna lie, I laughed my ass off when he got rejected for some reason .__. I'm a terrible person. While he might have not gotten rejected directly, it's still a damn rejection, you sacks of shit D: but anyways..

I will be tuning again for next week's episode to see whassup and possibly a remade version of the Steins;Gate movie or something.

Final/Random Thoughts: Time Travelling in these kinds of anime? NOPE but hopefully they pull it off well or else Imma cry.

Can PA Works just stick to their usual romance instead of trying to throw in sci-fi and speed up the confessions so early in the series?!

I don't get it. I thought they are gonna explain why Okikura's character is so weird. Why does he refer to Fukami by her first name? Why did he say yes when his dad asked him if he was going to a date? What the hell does he want? It's not even a week since he met Fukami and he's just suddenly close to her? Wtf? Seriously, what the hell is happening. Is this series just going to be about romance nothing else? NagiAsu had a better pllot and objective than this. I think I'm gonna drop this if it stays retarded the next episode.

So much unrequited love. Hiro likes Sachi but Sachi seems be a lesbian for Touko. The other four characters are pretty much the Nagi no Asakura love rectangle setup. The end pairing is fairly obvious though, especially since there are equal numbers of female and males, unless the show goes through great lengths to complicate things. The destination is already set, what's gonna matter is the journey.

Then go ahead. If you want all those questions to be answer right now and won't be satisfied until they are then our tastes are so different that I couldn't care less anyways. A large number of very goods shows leave many unanswered questions til later on; in fact, the ones that don't are usually bland and catered towards little kids.

Also, you can't figure those questions out given the premise of the show? Seriously? It obviously has something to do with his future foresight. The exact details are still unknown and the writer most likely set things up like this to build anticipation for when the details are finally revealed. Sometimes, they aren't revealed directly but the inferences should obviously be there. The writer's intend should had been pretty easy to figure out, not sure what you're so confused about.

Seeing the future huh? I guess that makes sense from the show's tagline now. Okikura can what, hear the future and then Touko can see it? Well whatever the case, depends how well this fancy future sight ties into the whole story it can still make or break the story. I don't see anything impressive coming out of this thus far though. Touko, total zero tact and Okikura, I'm still waiting for a suitable explanation about what exactly he wants from Touko, and he craftily evaded the question already this episode. <- Heck maybe that's the big climax and why he's being all mr. mystery.

And this is totally not an anime about glass.

Okikura is weird because he's rather direct. On the same time he is not a man of many words, thats why we, although he doesn't beat around the bush, don't know much about his intentions. That is what makes him stand out - for better or worse.

People prefer a bit of softening and are more used to it over that direct approach, thats why many don't like him - the clique, except for Touku (she might be fascinated by this, and that he knows about her ability and can explain/help only adds to it), aswell as the viewers here.

Quoted For F***ing Truth!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! Every character on this anime so far hasn't even given any proper/adequate amount of background to suddenly push this love "polygon". It's as if we were suddenly pulled into a roller coaster midway its route. I don't think I'll be watching past this episode; too many plot holes and missing background to even grasp wth just happened. As cheesy Nagi no Asukara was, at least it gave the proper amount of time to develop the characters, and for us to have some kind of emotional investment into the series; it was well paced and frustratingly generic at the same times. This one kinda just fed you mystery meat(plot).

Hmmmm, the ability to see the future, the desperate "I want to see the future", rails, a train... "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" anyone? I don't think that there will be anything other than seeing the future here, but am I the only one who has the feeling that someone in this show will eventually die?

In the first place, the entire animation gives off the feeling of a flashback, of a bitter-sweet memory. Note that in some scenes the corners are white and sometimes we have scenes with a standstill picture. Not to mention every episode thus far has a scene with the mother and father of Touko retelling a memory from their young couple years, which is bound to have some secret or at least metaphorical meaning.

These signs all lead me to think that this is all a memory that's being told to us. Either someone will die or the group will simply split apart. Both are very likely, since Touko saw a train heading straight at her and the second idea is, well, pretty obvious since the festival at the beginning of the first episode, where the characters discuss how they won't be able to see each other.

Then again, this is only the second episode and there's no telling what might come up next.

Nice! If it turns out like you said it would be awesome. ^^
