| Interesting choice to skip over Misty, seeing as she's quite a popular character. And doing the Lavender Town arc for episode 2. Curious. Also, dat Jolteon. Niiice. I really want to know what other Pokemon are on Red's team. And I really wanted him to keep that Cubone, too. That would've been dopesauce. |

| 1) Red got a Jolteon even though he was never in Celadon City (where he recieves Eevee + buy Thunderstone) 2) Silph Scope was not in Lavender Down but in Celadon City (in the casino) 3) We didn't see any Gastly or Haunters in the Pokemon Tower :/ 4) Marwak died to... Electricity? But Marwak is immune to electricity ! it's Earth Type ! |
| Too bad they didn't show Misty/Kasumi fight, I like her design from FR/LG more than from series, and if I recalled correctly, Ash's fight with her was pretty lame too. Lol, they not just skipped, but completely cut how Red trashed Team Rocket Hideout in the casino and defeat Giovanni to get that Silph Scope. | Dat BGM. Dem lines. Oh my, they included the white hand conversation! And even though they skipped through parts, we still got to see Misty and Lt. Surge. And there's also buying Magikarp and getting a fishing rod and getting a bike! My feels. This episode's about Cubone and Marowak. (T_T) There's a girl named Reina! And look, it's the Silph Scope! Lol, Green's so scared. I see that Red's becoming a badass now. With Poke Flute, it looks like Red might get Snorlax. But those jewels are the mega stones? Magikarp and Jolteon joined Red's team. |

| The episode was alright. Pretty stoke about Cubone, though. One of my favorite pokemon. Marowak and Gengar (mentioned in Ep 1) are currently maining for me in Pokemon X. Lots of nostalgia from this show so far. |

| The sudden rush through two gym badges (among other things) in the intro was a bit disorienting, but I suppose that's the only option when you're working with four episodes. Why couldn't they have made a full season of this show? Is Red going to complete the damn Pokedex by the end of this? Regardless, this entire special is pretty much fanservice for the players of R/B/G and I'm loving it. I'm glad they decided to do an entire episode in Lavender Town, as that's become one of the more infamous parts of the game(s). The white hand easter egg, the creepy music, and I totally thought they'd acknowledge Green's Raticate but I suppose they didn't want to go TOO dark with it. That isn't to say this is all sunshine and rainbows, the Marowak/Cubone thing was pretty heartbreaking. And finally, Team Rocket is ACTUALLY evil! Not just two idiots in a balloon doing slapstick every episode. Looking forward to the next episode, I just wish they could slow down and give us 12-15 episodes rather than four! |

| He has 3 badges, a fishing rod, and a bike, damn, lots of scenes were rushed... but it was a good episode. Episode mainly focus on Lavender town with Cubone starring in this. The funny thing is that the subs were kind of off for some parts, and Green screaming from the ghost XD. I felt sad when Cubone embraces his mother, that was an emotional powerful scene imo. Talk about this episode had much more of a realistic feel. |

| Really great, I always loved the Pokemon Tower story and it's still sad and beautiful when Cubone and his mother reunite! <3 But yeah they seem to be skipping a lot of gym battles and stuff, they could've made the series a lot longer. |

| now i really wish this was a full-fledged 24-episode series, if not at least 12. green not so much a jerk i guess, their interactions are cute brutal stuff on marowak pokemon battle was over quick thanks to jolteon and cubone, too bad we didn't get any charmeleon action this is a great execution of the lavendar town arc imo |

| A lot weaker than the last episode. It felt like the main anime with different art. Also, this series is blazing through events yet still found a way to feel really sluggish this episode. A few things confused me too: Why didn't Team Rocket just use Poke Balls? They're apparently pretty tough, so it would be easier and less of a hassle. Why is catching Pokemon with nets shown as villainous but catching them with balls is perfectly fine? Why did the shock stick work on Marowak, a ground type? How did Marowak learn human language after she died? Hopefully the next two eps aren't as boring. |

| From all the stories they could have choosed to animate, they choose the saddest one.... Previous episode Red learned what it meant to be a trainer, this episode what it means to care for a pokemon, lets see what's next! |

| Pretty obvious considering it's only four episodes they weren't going to be able to animate the entire game plot. Still, the first two episodes were pretty nice so if they can produce 4 good slices of the story, I will considere this a victory. |

| I'm glad they excluded the part where Green's Raticate has died and he's paying his last respects to it. Anyways good episode. Also, I just noticed that Red's VA sounds so similar to Naruto's VA. Idk maybe they are the same. Also, he got the keystone and the mega stone! |
