| I see most people were turned off by S1. Not really sure why with all these "Dropped it on Ep1" posts. Even with all the shounen-ai vibes I still enjoyed it. I can't say I cared much for a second season, but since it was announced, that'd be good news in my book. |

| Yes! I had a feeling there was going to be a second season, since the preview for this week's (last episode) didn't seem like it was going to be an original ending. I'm looking forward to seeing the next 6 volumes to get animate ^^ Granted, Hakkenden isn't the best anime ever, but it's not below average. I'm pretty sure that they were never going to make it just 13 episodes when the production company decided to animate Hakkenden...there are 13 volumes out already, and there was just no way they could've tied everything off even with an original anime ending in only 13 episodes. Anyways, I'm glad it's getting a second season because I love the manga, and they've done a pretty good job with the adaptation ^^ |

| I've really been enjoying the second half of the first season and was sad about the last episode airing this week, so I'm definitely looking forward to the second season. I can't wait to find out when it airs! And I hope we get to see a reunion between Hamaji and Dousetsu. |

It's better to complain without reason! Maybe he's just frustrated because he's waiting for some second/third season (Haruhi/FMP??) ^o^ As for me, I'm happy! But I knew it before watching the 1st season! And the manga is now official shounen-ai since it's now, since 2010 re-published in a shounen-ai magazine! The 13rd volume should be out soon (the 12th was out on December 2012) Even if it's officially shounen-ai I don't think that the 2nd season will be more shounen-ai than the first since they will adapt the manga probably not up to date and since there is yet no original material published in the shounen-ai magazine (maybe some little differences, but not much if I believe the comments of fans) Few bishounen anime this summer! yey! ^o^ |
