| I might enjoy this if it develops well. The art is pretty good and has a watercolor tinge, the music is fitting, the seiyuu are great (Maaya Sakamoto ♥), as for the characters... I can't say anything, since it's too soon, but of all the cast I didn't like Ciel; I will probably change my mind when I see the reason of his attitude, but for the time being I don't like him. As for the episode, nothing too surprising; the humor seemed out of place, forced and dry most of the time. The dark scenes look interesting, although I think something is missing. The plot isn't clear but it will (hopefully) be shown soon. I got a few chuckles and nothing more. Even so I expect good things from this. Overall, I liked it. |

| Great episode, and a fantastic dub!! FUNi outdid themselves on this one. Ciel and Sebas' voices are perfect. The animation is gorgeous, especially the OP! A little different from the manga, but I liked the changes they made. Edit:Lol, I always thought Finny was a girl! Urahara Out!! |

| i was skeptical in watching this becuz this is a "shounen" but like 90% of the fanbase are all fangirls so i was thinking this was gonna be a horrible BL haven for them. sadly this still might be the case, but the anime itself was very good. Sebastian was very bad@$$ and didnt screw around, usually i would focus more on the main guy (it being ceil) but sebestian was way better to watch as for the ED i feel like i've seen it somewhere, like a parody or somthing i think. poor sebestian, he literally has to do EVERYTHING, wont he go insane doin that though? good series so far. |

| Interesting. Not a bad show. I enjoy it a lot actually. I don't really like the whole 'butler' thing but I LOVE when board games come to life. Really interesting stuff here. Lol that's why I love Jumanji a lot :3 WOW. The OP and ED blew me away.. As with all highly ranked animes like this, great OST and OPs and EDs. The OP reminded me SO much of DtB! :D I wish this show will be as good as DtB awesomeness :) 5/5 - A little gory! Made me cringe once.. Shila said: Also, the clumsy maid was annoying! | I just heard the English dub for the first time and I almost got an apoplexy after hearing Sebastian's voice. He sounds like a 40 year old grey-haired butler! That's almost how I would expect Mr. TANAKA to sound like. I swear I almost had tears in my eyes, especially after listening to Daisuke Ono's lovely voice all this time. |
| I don't think this anime is going to live up to the hype that's everyone has made it out to be. I did enjoy it (and I can only really base all my evidence on this one episode) however, I'm pretty disappointed so far. Ciel is a snob of a child and Sabastian is the most cliche butler I've probably ever seen. I will give this series credit so far for having an interesting composition and maybe some credit for the animation. But, so far, I haven't seen anything special. Looking forward to the next! |

| LOL, this was surprisingly good xD I didn't like the special of the first season at all, so I had low expectations for this. I hope the next 5 episodes will be as good or better :) Top moments: LOL @ Paula with her "Please, eat me" and "Please, drink me" xD the best~ "he is extremely talented when it comes to being kidnapped, attacked or drowning." |

| An interesting and decent first episode. I like how they foreshadowed the mishaps for that guest with the board game. Also it might have just been my imagination, but when the maid was spilling the wine, Ciel was looking at it as though it reminded him of blood, which I'm guessing has to do with some traumatic experience. |

| Wow, a first ep has never struck so much since of awe from me. I have high hopes for this anime! One scene I didn't like was when he put him in the oven, I thought I was going to vomit. It is my worst fear. Though, I don't understand so far how it could be a shounen anime. All I see is amazing victorian animation and bishies. I have to say that the animation is spectacular, I'm in love. |

| Okay, so I started this serie without really what to expect and for now, I can't say I'm really convinced, but it look interresting. Ciel kinda annoy me, he look like a little brat. But he sure have autority. Also, I don't know why he wanted the portrait to be removed, which was surely a portrait of his parents. He didn't like them or I'm misunderpreting? Also, the lack of a defined plot annoy me. Maybe I should read the synopsis. That demon butler is interresting. I don't understand how that other guy didn't get killed though, burned in an oven, I don't think you can survive that without a problem. That maid that have a huge crush on the butler made me laugh :P |

| I just watched it dubbed, it makes more sense to watch a show set in England with an English voice cast doing English accents lol. Plus I'm English and don't speak Japanese so it's easier. I loved the dub voice cast, some posh voices but some common ones to to even it out. I had scones the other day, tasty <33333 Sebastian is awesome and very hot! I love him already <3 Very funny, I thought that guy died in the oven lol. I didn't quite get what it was about either lol. The start was weird, I'm sure it'll be explained. |

Kuroshitsuji is actually one of my favourite anime!!! The relationship between Sebastian and Ciel (varying from demon-meal, butler-master and shounen-Ai undertones) is absolutely amazing.... not to mention Sebastian is perfect. Really really interesting with a layer of darkness underneath comedic moments that is irresistible. This series is a must watch!! <3  squeeeee |

| Well I decided to go into this show, and as a first episode quite bored me at the beginning, but then as the second half went along I liked how the mood slightly changed and got grotesque, it gave me Edgar Allan Poe's stories vibe. But those servants know something about the real nature of Sebastian and Ciel? I guess no. And the maid who got highly emotional at the dinner table was so freaking annoying! Will this be an episodic anime? |
| I love how the board game they were playing foreshadowed what's gonna happen to him in the latter part of the episode. That was awesome! They should've killed him off though. Ciel has brains and not he's not a spoiled brat and Sebastian is just plain badass. I also like how they put comedy in this somewhat deep, serious and plot-driven episode. I'm gonna enjoy this show, that's for sure. |

| That was a pretty interesting way to start this series. My journey to watching this series commence. Wish me luck, everyone! In just one episode, I liked all the characters especially the 4 helpers. Idk what to call them, so I'll go for helpers. Hahaha. It's so funny it's ridiculous that they always messed up their jobs. They're the ones bringing out the fun in the series, I guess, since this show's pretty dark especially the 2 MCs. Damn! Look, even before I started watching this show, I'm already in love with Sebastian because booiii he's so damn fine, even the fact that his seiyuu is Daisuke Ono (one of my seiyuu babies). I LOVE THE ED! Hahaha. Chibi everyone is too much for my heart. Loved this episode! <3 |
