| So many parodies in that, and Magical Girl Nyaruko sure is crazy, I laughed a bit when Kuuko got a nosebleed from Nyaruko pulling a crowbar out of her skirt. Yeah I miss the opening too, I don't really like the S2 op. |

| Hahaha lots of references. Hyouka, Evangelion, Dragon Ball, Accel World, Hunter X Hunter (when Luhy got her glasses on white and mentioned she awakened a monster, mimicking Wing!) and the Men in Black! That was a fun episode. |

| Catching this series up again now that I finally managed to get my hands on the second season! But hell how did this awesome series fall out of my sight! I forgot how much references this series hold :p Lol dragonball training room, MIB Flasher, and lots more of great references! The really lovely OP&ED well that brings me fully back in the mood for the second season! |

| Pretty good OVA, despite it being 15 minutes long. :/ Other than that, some references I saw were Accel World and Dragon Ball. :3 Some people said they saw a Hyouka reference, but I didn't see it. o -o Well, I didn't see Hyouka anyways, so it doesn't really matter that much for me. xD |

| So many references! I love it! Dragon Ball Z's hyperbolic time chamer, Hyouka "I'm curios!",Accel World, and Men in Black. I think went Nyaruko went crazy, I think it was reference to Higurashino no Naku Koto ni. I lost my shit at "This shadow is an abomination against animation". Did anybody get the reference when Nyaruko said "I no longer fear nothing" and screen goes all static? I didn't get that one. But it seems familiar. Fruits Basket? Maybe. |

Nyaruko's the best magical girl. i kinda wish she would have stayed like that T_T' back to her old, cool, fun, brutal self -w- seriously though, it would be cool if there were more magical girl anime where the MCs were like that; brutal psychopaths when it comes to battling and sweet/regular characters otherwise ^_^' |
