| Good episode! Maka's dad is hilarious and I did know that the guy behind Light Yagami could be so funny xD I just wanna point out that this anime is really fucking weird... BUT OH SO AWESOME |

| Death the Kid afraid to walk in the water so Black Star carried him! Haha, it really looks cute. Kid's OCD is really extreme but I still find it funny. |

| Maka's dad doesn't know how to start a good conversation and ended up creating an awkward situation XD Still, he's brave enough to kinda sit through it. The most powerful weapon in the world, more powerful than even Maka's dad, a deadly weapon!? It has only been 9 episodes, Black Star is the most annoying character that other characters have faced, but man I didn't even think Black Star could get annoyed by someone who's even more obnoxious! Anyone that could withstand Excalibur and get to use him will definitely be a powerful person. I like how Black Star and Kid partnered up and get along well in the end! |

| Death the Kid and Black Star's actually a pretty good pairing. It was great to see them go on an adventure together to get the legendary sword Excalibur only to find out that the price for his power is way too much if they'd have to listen to his tale from the 12th century for more than five minutes. Those annoyed faces were hilarious! Leave it to Papa Albarn to give the most awkward conversation pauses ever. |

| Okay I liked this one a lot, the humor worked perfectly with me, the Father and Daughter moment being a flop meanwhile the search for Excalibur being a disappointment. |
| This was definitely one of those episodes that seem like random hijinks but end up being super relevant later -- mainly referring to Soul's hallucinogenic dream and Excalibur Also this is just a dub issue but when Maka's dad is talking sometimes it's hard to differentiate between him saying "Mama" in relation to his ex-wife and "Maka" |
