I'm glad the series is back with new content but this was kinda sad. In fact, this entire episode was dedicated to her including the relationship she has with Black/William. Definitely didn't look like it was very happy with the events that were shown.  Paint it black~ |

| That episode was something else........Oh my goodness The first half was simply beautiful....Mary and William's past was so interesting and fun and I love how they interacted with one another and their family and the feels throughout it is all was so well done Now it all makes as to why she betrayed Leo and even though it hurt me, Leo is second best to her precious twin brother and I don't blame her one bit for it because they're all that thy have left and the connection between siblings yet aline twins is a very powerful and beautiful thing But man my heart stopped finding out that she and her brothers lives are connected to the barrier and now that it's about to be destroyed I'm just really sad....The future looks grim for our twins especially after that gunshot and Leo is pretty messed up too This is without a doubt going to be one hell of a finale and I have no doubt in my mind that this series will deliver solidify it's place as one of the best anime this season....I'm just hoping that my OTP comes out of this okay (I doubt that it will though TwT) |

| What the hell was that? Is White dead now? Don't know what to think of this episode, it was certainly creative, that's gotta be said. Okay, after some thoughts...the directing made me dislike this episode, way too crazy , overdone and pretentious. |

| That was one amazing flashback. It really is great are genuine emotions are contagious to the ones around. Getting shot... I really do hope it is just an imagery and not for the outcome. Immensely looking forward to the last episode! It is going to be badass, fun, and with a whole lot of feels. |

| Really didn't expect this type of ep. Loved it! Holy shit O_o WTF Happened at the end tho!!!! The first half of the episode was so comfy. I was smiling throughout. Mary was so adorable <3<3 They really made her bond with William so clear now. They have quite the strong one. Their parents were lots of fun too ^^ Liked them a lot. Now for the 2nd half, I have no commento :O It was crazy! Is Mary really friggin dead now??? DAMN!!! Also DAMN *A* |

Little Mary was so Kawaii! :3 Despite being a wimp, I like how caring William was when it came Mary, standing up against the delinquents for his sister's camera. Pretty cute how both of them started crying in the hospital. From Black's (King of Despair) soliloquy, it seemed like he wants to sleep/die (?) since he's a being, forgotten by death. Why did he refer to Leo as "Kyoudai" though? Also, did he just kill White? If all the barriers fall, then it might be the end for both her and William. Decent episode. Looking forward to the finale. Hopefully Klaus and crews will come into Leo's aid. |

| Black and White's past was definitely something; it was also pretty sweet with how they supported each other even though their fears still lingered in the back of their minds. The whole "Mother Mary' thing that arose is interesting, too. Leo has to awaken by next episode since things seem to be going well in Femt's favor. |

| The backstory was great but things started getting a bit confusing around the end, but it's mostly that imagery of white getting shot. Can't wait for the finale otherwise, though |
| As someone who has not been the biggest fan of this series, the last 2-3 episodes have been killer and it's built up to a good finale. Hopefully they can pull it off. |

| Good episode. The flashbacks were fine, although the time spent on them could be shorter. The final minutes were great, such a feel trip. |

| I'll be honest here: I didn't really like this episode. I didn't even really care about White and Black from the start... I've been searching for slapstick comedy here, nonsensical situations and stuff. This episode felt so strange and so different from what this anime has been so far. It was so suspicious, I had to clear my doubts... aaaand guess what: they're anime-only characters! And I didn't know it. I know people usually come at those like me manga fags, but I'm just happy I bought all the volumes available in my country, and will enjoy them to the fullest. |

| The episode was okay. They focused a lot about Mary and William's past. That scene of Mary getting shot by William (King of Despair) was really sad. I know that White is an anime-only character and i kinda expected that something like this would happen but i really hope that she doesn't die. The device that White put onto Leo's eyes was kinda scary. I thought that it would pull out his eyes. Luckily it didn't lolz what a relief. Black in King of Despair mode looks badass af but I can't forgive him for doing such a thing to White. Seems like he didn't fulfill his promise to William about not doing anything to her sister. Arghhhhh why did it turned out like this?!?! |

| High and far the best episode in the series thus far, it was spectacular and im so excited for the final episode yet i have to be the negative nancy, i really cant see this wrapping up in only 1 episode, i really think the 1 cour length fucked the series out of being something truly amazing |

| I think she has been "dead" all along. That is, her heart was either non-functional or incapable of working enough to keep Mary alive since she was born, thus the decision of her parents to replace it with a barrier. |

| This show is really good. Honestly, the first episode was doubtful, but it kept getting better and being interesting. So she has had this condition since childhood huh. Maybe since the day she was born? It must be the reason she can't use psychic powers, being half-dead and what not. |
| Well this episode seemed kinda depressing. We got to see Black and White's backstory, and what happened to Leo made me cringe a little. Can't wait to see how this series ends |

| Interesting flashback for the story of Mary and Will. Mary seemed to loathe her own existence. I'm assuming it has something to do with her not having the psychic ability of her bloodline. Though from the gist of things, I'm assuming that her lack of hereditary ability stems from the fact that she shouldn't have been alive in the first place? Raises the question of why exactly their parents kept her alive with a barrier on her heart in the first place. I mean, was it for companionship for Will? Or was it some sort of fail-safe mechanism in case Will ever went berserk with his powers? In any case, I cannot wait to see what exactly stealing Leo's eyes and putting a bullet in Mary's chest did for the city. Enjoyed the episode quite a bit, I was especially happy when I saw Will's falling into water coincided with the mid-episode Kekai logo splash. It was done perfectly. For some reason, I found Blank's quote to be quite profound: "Death is the privilege of the Living" |

| Amazing episode, truly. The back story of White and Black was really well done, helping to solidify them as characters. We now know and feel for the dilemma White is in. Though it's selfish, who can truly blame her? The rest of the episode was extremely sad. We don't know the full scope of this world, but I am having trouble finding a happy way for all of this to end... I absolutely adore the usage of music in this show. The songs that are playing don't seem like they fit the scene when they first begin, but by the end I am completely immersed into the forged dichotomy. Then again, this show does love it's dichotomies, doesn't it? |
