@Alkimia Just putting on my tinfoil hat, I think that both Reiko are the same with a history of her personality/voice/memory being altered. Now, I'm also curious what the pyramid in the sky all has to do with all the events that happened. Kudo's memory clearly seems to be unaffected. Whatever the mystery is, it is surely intriguing.
| @The_Albatr0ss Ohhhh wait yeah, could it be that that pyramid thing in the sky and that creepy doctor have to do with Reiko missing her memories? Like that doctor did something to alter her memories. Maybe Kudo doesn't know that...? Though idk it seems like he does know at least to some extent. In the first episode when he accidentally kisses Reiko he said "wrong person", so idk. It's a bit strange, and probably too early to tell. I really want to see where it all goes though :) |

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, that's what. Overall it's nice. Kujirai is goregous but also has a few womanly flaws like her aversion to aging. Definitely one of the realest characters I've seen so far. Kudou is... a dudey dude. I wish he wasn't hiding stuff from Kujirai and they could talk things out, but it is what it is. Let's give him some time. Hebinuma - slimy as hell. Kudou's intuition was right. General remarks: - I feel like the aversion to aging is going to be a prominent theme, also given Youhei and Hebinuma Cosmetics. - Knowing that in the real world, Kowloon was eventually torn down, I have a gut feeling that we will see something similar at the end. Maybe it meets a more sinister fate that gets covered up. - Generic Terra is based on an octahedron. 8 sides. Kudou-san is fixated on the number 8. COINCIDENCE??? |

| Great mystery. This series is soooo bingable, cant wait. I'm glad I watched ep1 &2 back to back because it makes the parallels between what Kudou and Kujirai B say so much more impactful. On another note, wasn't irl Kowloon like the most gritty and inhospitable large settlement? How tf anime industry manage to display the most dystopian place to ever exist with a melancholic beauty??? |

| Yuriko Yamagichi's voice adds to mommy vibes of Kujirai B. What I need more than that is some fucking lemon chicken. Btw, I like how the episodes are slightly longer and that they decided to play the outro over the dialogue to get the most of the content. |

| Reiko, having to deal with the information she's got, gets a call from Xiaohei to deal with her neighbour, which turns out to be Yaomei affixing her dolls. But all of this is a rather distant memory that she didn't have, and even towards Hajime, his memory of Reiko being clear as day when he transferred over to the Kowloon branch, alongside the nostalgic love she's had for the place. The new friend that Reiko made, Yaomei takes it slowly so that she can process, even trying as far as to prove that Hajime has a thing for her, which he clearly doesn't. On the other hand, Hebinuma Pharmaceutical's new Generic Terra health consultation proves great for the ladies, and one particular set of clip-ons triggered his memory a lot to shoot her off. The next day, however, with Reiko adamant to try honey lemon chicken with Hajime, he scoffs it off while being impressed about it. The long-awaited meet with Dr. Hebinuma, however, proves that the mystery itself has started to move. Who exactly is Miyuki Hebinuma, and how is the snake connected to her past? |

It's a metaphor for an impossible beauty standard created by a man. A man want his woman to stay young forever, but doen't want her to pretend to be young again. The only way to achieve this is to freeze a woman in time forever. I love how this anime tackle this sexist issue.

Bro, who is this guy? Anyways, W opening again. Also, it's interesting how in the middle of each episode, it keeps showing the edits and starts playing a song like it's the outro. I was like, "Bro, this can't be the end. It's too soon." Okay, I just checked to make sure, and it's not at the middle of the episode where this happens, but maybe three minutes before the end. That's still earlier than I'm used to, bro. The show doesn't have closing though, like a seperate animation with its own song, so hmmm...maybe they're trying something different. Maybe it's like getting an extra long sneak peak of the next episode...or maybe two short episodes in one :3 I just checked again, and the opening happens like seven minutes into the episode. I don't think I'm used to this timing much and I feel like that might be what's making the episodes feel shorter for me, or just this one. I feel more confident about my theory I mentioned before, but idk. I wonder what happened to Kujirai B. Yo, what if that doctor knows, Dr. Hebinuma? LEMON  CHICKEN |

| Aw everything Kudo said in the 1st episode is what she said in the past, literally everything. Her voice is different, I think her new voice is more fitting. The food in this anime looks so gooood! Yaomay is such a cutie. The doctor is a fucking creep. |

At least she could find a friend to talk about it with by running into Yaomei. I'm eager to get to the bottom of this mystery! |

| This solidifies it more and more. I like the weird text of Kujirai losing herself into being Kujirai-B. I really like Yaomei. Great addition to the cast. Very cool stuff |

| Yaomay is an interesting constrast to Reiko, as she wants to rid herself of her past identity, using plastic surgery to start anew. Its great that Reiko was able to make a good friend that will be there to support her endeavors. |
| Yaomay is already my favorite supporting character, and you could tell she has a lot of things in her past too. And yeah we have basically established there being 2 Reikos, our Reiko and Kujirai B. The visuals do a good job, maybe it's the glasses with breaking down the difference between the two. |

| Wow Reiko shines the brightest whenever she smiles and it's so awesome to see her make a good friend in Yaomei. It's always the best of friends who get us through challenging times and Yaomei is just the friend Reiko needs to develop more as a person and away from being just a cutout of Kujirai B. |
