| I also didn't like the kids, but damn if that wasn't one brutal and exciting match! The ending killed me once again, that was some hilarious shit. 34 episodes in, and both the fights and the jokes still feel fresh. I expected Ippo's right hand to come up again, but I guess it may become important in a future match again? |

Or at least sit with Takamura and the crew so they don't feel alone in the enemy's home turf xD |

| It's amazing that even after being rendered unconscious after that very severe blow to the temple, Sendo was able to put up a horrifying offensive that surpasses the power of most fully-conscious boxers. He was a zombie driven by the vigorous cheers of his fans and that's both scary and admirable especially due to the fact that Ippo really could've lost to him even way after dealing the finishing blow if it weren't for his durability. The whole thing happened so suddenly that Ippo felt that the match wasn't over yet and I definitely felt that way as well. I just wish that those brats weren't so greedy to go as far as to pocket the only money in his wallet before rooting for him in the future. The Featherweight Champion's got his eyes on him and things can only go uphill for Ippo now! |

| To think of it, no fight has ever took much screen than this one...almost more than 2 episodes. Definitely, the best fight but I know there's more, especially the Feather weight champion guy who was the spectator. What can I say, of all the opponents, sendo is by far the best currently, and I'm not just taking about his strength. Bro could stand and deliver career ending blows to Ippo even when he went unconscious. He lost with his eyes wide open even when he lost consciousness(that death stare!!!), that's Aura! Mad respect to Sendo, he exceeded as an opponent by all means, he truly is Rocky Marciano... When I first heard the match was over, just like everyone else I was astonished too. But it made more sense afterwards that Ippo's punch on his unprotected temple ended up being fatal to Sendo. Great match. It's always a proud moment for a kid to be congratulated by his Okaa-san. But the fact that his mother still cared about his son's health more than his accomplishment shows how pure and compassionate a mother's heart is ❤️. Takamura's and chief's brawl was hilarious in the end. Takamura just doesn't care, he just swings his arm on anyone he wants. Even the chief fell victim to his insanity 😭😂. Wow but Kamogawa's still got it, the fact that he could counterpunch the bull sized Takamura at this age is unbelievable. But Takamura is Takamura, he won't rest until he KOs others, even the old man XD |

| This episode made me cry. It brought out the water works. The kids cheering for Rocky along with the audience, Ippo becoming the champion. Ippo came so far that it's surreal. He deserves this and more! 🥹 |
