bruh why did they have to make suh an obvious shadow. one look and i could tell it was going to be ruijerd who will escort the imoutos.
good for nanahoshi though. i think they can suppose pretty much everything now with that as long as they are not too big. could be useful. they could summon guns and stuff. no sword god whatver can do anything against a machine gun. plus it would take them by surprise that such a thing can exist and ez win.
for now nanahoshi has only be doing summons but she required reverse summoning right? how she gonna achieve that. that still feels like a long way to go.
another episode which puts in perspective just how far rudy has come. happy for him.
i'm guessing next full episode will be dedicated to showing the imoutos and i hope we get more of ruijerd this time. don't just send him back after all the trouble he went through

Hell, the first thing Rudy thinks after reading the letter is "A person you know? Gotta be Ruijerd. No one else it could be." The anime turned it into some sort of mystery for no fucking reason. |

| When Rudeus said he'll only be with Sylphie, I just think "RIP Eris" lol. Well, whenever he recalls bad memories about her, I think that too lol. Dang, Nanahoshi's freak out was really crazy. It's a good thing that everyone was able to bring her back to life lol. |

I don't get it, why is Sylphi learning Rudeus healing magic? Is he learning more advanced healing or just doing it without talking? I know he used it multiple times in season 1.
| @WaterGoy Rudeus used healing magic before but he had to speak to do so. Like in season 1 when Rudeus, Eris and Ruijerd were on the boat heading to Shirone and Rudeus used it to have himself feeling better from how much turbulence was there in the journey. Or on another boat ride with just Rudeus and Eris where Eris wanted Rudeus to heal him since she was feeling seasick, where Rudeus has to say the healing incantation out loud. Rudeus is fairly good at healing magic but he has his limits, and unlike a lot of his other magical capabilities, he can't do voiceless incantation magic unlike Sylphie. In Turning Point 2 when Orsted damaged Rudeus' lungs, Rudeus could not heal himself whatsoever since he was not able to speak the incantation which led Orsted to ask why he wasn't trying to use incantation-less magic to heal his lungs. Sylphie wanted to learn Rudeus' disturb magic, and as an exchange, teach more detailed healing magic but Rudeus doesn't understand how it works to be able to do healing magic without speaking out the spell. He's not able to really understand how mana can be used and manipulated to heal others compared to how he can handle most other forms of magic that he knows. |

| That was another nice and chill episode, just the gang coming together to solve a problem. I knew it would be Ruijerd as bodyguard, also glad to see Aisha again. |
| So much wailing and fiddling about with deep themes but no real addressing or developing of them. Nanahoshi is dealing with very similar things that Rudeus did in his previous life however Rudy, instead of lending a hand from personal experience or opening up to Nanahoshi about the sad life he lived prior to this one he just feebly attempts to help by offering minor pleasantries to her that he knows will do nothing to help her. Then the writer takes the basic route of "Let's just try and fix the problem for her." instead of actual character development between Rudy and Nanahoshi and/or some more complex commentary on mental health/depression or anything of substance. I do not understand why a writer would insert a deep concept into the show and then just leave it quarter-baked and undeveloped. It's superficial and boring. The whole plot was, depression is rough, Nanahoshi sad, fix her roadblock for her, happier and more social Nanahoshi. That might intrigue a child somewhat but is far from impressive to anyone beyond that. The final scene with the sisters and Rujierd was a good one, well directed and properly used the development of Rujierd's character to get the audience into his arrival. If only that was more common. |

| Great episode. Really nice to see Nanahoshi warming to everyone around her finally. Good thing the took her to their house. I like her more and more. At this point he could probably even tell her he saved her in the beginning, although not sure if she would be happy. I'm still pretty sure those two boys are somewhere around too, maybe even other Earthlings. I mean, modern sunglasses, androids and other things... it's not like only one person would brought all this. Still, can't shake the feeling that those circles they do are tearing space-time between the worlds. It's very dangerous and it will probable cause more of those hose anomalies (insert Steins;Gate reference. In the end, I wouldn't be surprised if they are responsible for whole teleportation cataclysm. Kinda reminds me of LiS here. Great to see Ruijerd again, Roxy is going with them to save Zenith and it would be too early and awkward too to meet Eris again. He didn't came to my mind though. I hope he stays for a while at least. And finally, sisters are back to tease their brother, thing will get surely lively soon. btw - that ED was Wakayama Shion singing so you can basically treat it as Nanahoshi inner thoughts. Love that song. |

| Poor Nanahoshi, her shrieking is heartbreaking, 2 years of work on that circle and it failed. Thankfully with Rudeus and friends she managed to fix the problem. Using Nanahoshi's singing for the ED is genius! |

| A letter from Paul arrives. He says he’ll go to save Zenith in the Begaritt Continent. He wants Rudeus to take care of Aisha and Norn. He leaves the escorting to Ruijerd, mentioning how it’ll surprise Rudeus if he knows who’s escorting. There is no wedding? Straight away reception meant marriage? Ok. Whoa, Rudeus speaks as if he’ll never marry another. Let’s see how that goes. Nanahoshi goes into depression when her hard work doesn’t work. Rudeus gets help from others, and she is quickly surrounded by people helping her with her research. Her research works and she’s motivated to continue her research. Aisha and Norn arrive at Rudeus’ house. |

| Well, that was quite fulfilling. Allowing the plot to develop as Rudeus assists Nanahoshi in resolving her issues. Doing something was better than doing nothing at all, even if it might take some time to reach her objective. Later on, it most likely benefits Rudeus as well. |
