It seems you're over-exaggerating. Also, the latter part is not just a question of age, but rather of personal maturity. There are more than enough people in their 20s, 30s and older who will turn to insults and react too much where it is questionable if they have ever managed to learn how to control their emotions. Maybe they have been told that it's "cool" or "manly" to have some fits for the right causes, but unless that feeling is actively used in improving a situation or person it is a complete waste of energy

I'd rather be worried about the mental health of people who overly focus on being online, rather than socializing only or mostly with people in person and keeping their profiles private (though not having any personal profile about yourself is better) to friends or at least: good acquaintances whom only they know first, preferably in person. That being said, it is very well possible to find people around your age on any online platform, but it's not advisable to get overly invested in them before you haven't met in person at least once.

@Noboru I am actually real here, I spend daily around an hour in Tik Tok from completely brainless content till the one which tries to be "educational"/educational [in quote as some stuff are obvious, but not for everyone], literally everywhere I can spot either dumb comments [I have nothing wrong with them] or comments coming from literal minors.
The insult part is just to put it in simpler words as that's how they act in video games [no idea in tik tok as I never interacted there], so it was just as an example not as a generalisation of all of their behaviour, as I always do, a single example not thing which happens 24/7.

If I would be full honest here, it is better to be on Facebook/Twitter comments which also shines in these aspects than on Tik Tok.
