There are none I avoid, but there are some I'm less keen on than others, which I would say is natural and expected for almost anyone (to have preferences and favor certain things over others). At least for me it's just as true in anime as in all other mediums like live action cinema and TV, and music.
In anime, my least favorite genres are definitely comedy, sports, ecchi, harem, and hentai. As I already said above, that doesn't mean I recoil in fear and disgust at the sight of them and avoid them wholesale, but just that they're my least favorite and I will be less likely on average to pick a series where they are one of the genres - especially if they're the sole or primary genre - and, if I do select it to watch, probably less likely to enjoy and have a favorable opinion of it compared to series of other genres. Since I'm aware of this preference in advance, it's also the case that a series with one of these as a genre will have to do a bit more work somehow in its synopsis to entice me to watch. It must generally just have an otherwise very appealing hook as the premise.
For comedy it's because I have my own specific weird sense of humor and I don't really find scripted comedies ever actually funny in 99.999%+ of cases either in anime or anything else. I don't mind the existence of comedy as one of the supporting/subgenres though or just interspersed in random bits or a subdued role in an otherwise serious story with a different focus though, as banter, for comedic relief and levity's sake, more as something cute or a mechanism of endearment to forge relationships and demonstrate character writing and dynamics than to be actually literally laugh out loud humorous to me on a personal level in lieu of the existence of an actual main plot.
For sports it's because I have next to no interest in sports in the 3D world with very minor exceptions so it's not something I'm generally interested in watching in anime form unless it is covering some of the more niche and lesser known sports I'm either more interested in than the big ones (like badminton as an example) and in some cases actually played myself, or will give me an opportunity to learn about some more off the radar sports or issues in sports.
For ecchi and harem, the reason is in essence the same which is that they're generally romantic comedies or sex comedies, but they're neither funny to me nor sexually exciting or inviting and just seem frivolous in a tedious way. I'm fine with them if they are fused with other genres which help carry the writing, weight, emotion, and atmosphere of the world, characters, and story, like drama and romance (for example - Kodomo no Jikan), but not typically just by themselves or with comedy only, unless they have some really unique conceit which makes watching them offer something new (for example - Ishuzoku Reviewers)
For hentai, I'm just not a big watcher and consumer of pornography either animated or live action. I've seen exactly one hentai anime I really cared for and still do. And most of other people's fantasies which it's flooded with are just ones which hold zero personal appeal for me. I would describe them in a way as...too vanilla? Even when they're ostensibly not. Most animated hentai (porn) just comes off the same as its live action counterpart to me, which is cheesy, overwrought, and over-produced even when/where it's technically not. It doesn't feel authentic. A lot of anime hentai seems, just from a superficial, surface level view of skimming through it from an outside perspective, to cater more to the mainstream tastes which don't usually align with my own. Maybe in manga it's different, but manga isn't something I usually read. I connect even moreso with animated characters than live actors and actresses playing roles, so this is just as much a problem for me if not moreso in the animeverse. Except not really a "problem" as I just don't watch most of it as a result and don't miss it.
