| If you mean irl, none. If you mean in anime, lolis are a lot cuter generally including loli tomboys. Irl boys and girls are hard to tell apart outside obvious giveaways like clothing. It becomes obvious in puberty though. |

| girls outnumber boys in cute-centric shows. Although most of the cute shows I've seen don't feature "little kids" but teenagers. All the little kids in Hanamaru Youchien look basically the same...like little plush toys and are all equally cute. If the main trio were boys and one of them had a crush on his female teacher then the discussions around the show would probably be a hell of a lot less...weird. Iruma-Kun, Riki from Little Busters and the main character from Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku. All very cute. The cutest anime boy ever is Hanako-Kun. If he were a girl...damn! that'd be dangerous levels of cute and it's probably best for everyone we not go there. |

| Need more details OP, gonna assume you are talking about elementary school age or younger Irl: it probably doesn't matter much, kids in general are annoying. Anime: voice actor and character design play a big role in defining "cuteness." Overall, gender doesn't matter. |

| Young girls are cuter overall in anime or IRL if they're gendered femininely, I would assume that's a fairly common viewpoint for everyone, not just men. |

I personally wouldn't say that one might be cuter than the other, but rather, the cuteness (and all other relevant descriptive words in relation to it) for one tends to be conveyed in different ways than the other. ...and I guess some people find some certain gender-specific conveyances to be more cute than others |

| Should've made a poll. In anime I find little girls generally cuter but tbh studios often put much more effort into animating little girls and make them cute on purpose while boys are often just illustrated as little brats. |

| Honestly, I'd say though I could come up with a few little boy characters that were cute the girls are cuter in general. But that probably also has a lot to do with the shows and the presentation of male and female kid characters in general. Now that I think about it - for little boy characters it's not that common that shows play up their cuteness. More often you have them be more active - kinda like little rascals instead of shy and quiet. While with the girls it's far more common to present them as cutenes incarnate. |
