| I don't "play" with them but as someone else said I display them, mostly Nendoroids as they tend to come with a bunch of accessories to change up the view a bit. I might also have the figure nearby when I watch a show of the character so I can pat its head when things get sad or awful. |

| Well, that's the whole point. I surmise the vast majority of adults are using them every now and then. I only buy high-quality ones, personally. Of course, my collection is nowhere near some of the big names in the business, like Charlie or Belle Delphine, not in terms of quantity at least, but the two of them purchase a lot of Chinese crap that I wouldn't put anywhere near me. I think it is the quality that matters most. |
| That depends what you consider a toy. I have a Rubix cube I try and solve now and then. I have baoding balls I like to rotate in my hands. I have one of those little magnet toys where you toss the magnets at eachother and they make a clacking noise as they collide and occasionally do that. I have a drone I have flown around my house but camera doesnt work good enough. I have a self flying little UFO I let go wild in my house now and then. That's all i can think of at the moment. | Well if playing with blunt/sharp steel/wooden/plastic swords solo/at trainings counts than from time to time it happens. Except this not very much, only would be playing with a guns occasionally. No matter if those are real guns at shooting range or nerf/paintball/asg guns in some sort of event x). Obviously I don't count here little toys which are shown in events/tourist places/museums/conventions etc. to show how a toy which was used in past or a toy which is from different culture etc. works so it is not a toy to just play with it but also to explain/teach you how it actually worked/was working. |

With chess, I often come up with a reason why the two sides are fighting, such as Black is invading White's territory, and they have to defend it. Then, the next match is White trying to fight for independence after Black's victory. |
