| Yes in Poland they are nasty, the only toilets which have at least some normal qualities are in store centers, every other toitles in which I've been to, which are the fast-food toiltes, toilets in bars and clubs, toi-tois (plastic cabins outside) and toilets in schools, they are all very nasty, dirty and the floor is sticky and I'd rather not know why, the only good toilet which is public are in universities x). |

| Varies from place to place but I have found that generally the standard of public toilets has increased now compared to 20 years ago. Still can find some real stinkers tho. lol Quite a few places are decent which is something I couldn't say in the past. |
| I work retail so my answer is yes. Before going number 2 I always get 2 paper towels. 1 with soap and the other with water to wipe the seat. After that I dry with toilet paper so I can take a seat. |

| It always depends on the country. I rarely go to public toilets. For the toilets by the streets, yeah it can get dirty sometimes, but the one I sometimes go to are usually inside a mall and it's not that clean but it's also not that dirty. |
