| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The OP abridged version, for the 3rd time. The selection for the N-1 Grand Prix comedy, and the Homosapiens Shibagaki and Baba find themselves eliminated. About time that the young giraffe Satoshi made his grand appearance to Shibagaki, but with their current performance, he's not happy with the results that both are showing. To offer the comedian a proposal from the high school student to draw his best abilities as an entertainer, Shibagaki is what is holding back the Homosapiens with Baba's popularity still not inching a win. Yano absolutely rapping his fire against his intertwined fate with Dobu and getting wind of Sekiguchi's loss against Dobu, but their next target: Imai with his billion-dollar winning ticket. And yet Mystery Kiss manager Yamamoto is still persistent in wanting Odokawa's taxi dash cam data, while doing badger games. Nevertheless, with the recent developments, Odokawa wouldn't bat an eye to threats, which forced Yamamoto his hand. The Capoeira master Shirakawa comes to Odokawa's aid after Yamamoto almost forcefully strangling him to death, resurfacing his aquaphobia, and right then and there, she can be useful when the situation calls for it. Odokawa's looking for a truce-cum-betrayal of Yano of Yamamoto, while it's a 50-50 case, Mystery Kiss's reputation is on the line, and he couldn't endanger the badger games that he's playing now. The banter of thinking that Dobu isn't a bad guy otherwise, Tanaka's trick of planting a GPS tracker in his taxi (after that phone plan got winded) is still a possibility, but a way to turn things around. Back to the sauna, and Odokawa meets Kuroda in there. Though surface-level with the missing Nerima girl case, it's still manageable as of now. The trail to intercept Imai through Nikaido's Twitter for Yano, and the temporary alliance with Odokawa to rob a bank for Dobu, both testing to see who can get that billion dollar bounty first, but quite an elaborate plan for a revenge mission using a taxi and a pair, labelled: Odd Taxi. To think that Dobu would question Odokawa about the missing Nerima girl case again and it's confirmed to be someone from Mystery Kiss, the mystary slowly adds up. Combine that with Yamamoto's cooperation with Odokawa, this intricate plan must not go unhinged, EVERYTHING must go like clockwork with all players on sight. Even to Imai, Odokawa has no choice but to break the news to him, although everythng interconnects at a juncture, Odokawa promises that justice will be served as is appropriate. Meanwhile, Goriki's own investigation into Odokawa's past is still in airs, and the leads for the case of the Nerima missing girl: it's definitely not what the media is reporting. Fake news! |

| 'Capoeira's are pretty strong'' - Odakawa Almost died after getting strangled by Yamamoto. The Homosapiens failed again and Nagashima tried to join Shibagaki, but he didn't wanted to let down his pride. Yamamoto agrees to help Odakawa in order to protect Mystery Kiss. Dobu is an amazing character imo, doesn't really look like a bad guy to me. His character design is pretty awesome too. ''Monke style''. But ofcourse, we can't forgive him about the bad things he did. Odakawa's in a heat conversation with Shirakawa xD. Planted a battery-less GPS in his car, but Odakawa's way too smart and found out that they're tracking him after what Shirakawa said. They found about about Imai's place and Yano is going to rap about it again.. Ah, that's where the name ''ODDTAXI'' comes from LOL. Who would have thought that it came from Dobu's plan, big brain moves right here. A really good episode, glad that I picked this up again. Love the mystery and the characters. |

| Odokawa was making fun of Shirakawa's capoeira but he got saved by that, I'm starting to like her. Imai really got stalked, and now it seems like the plan is gonna start, it will be extremely interesting, and it has the name of show. The last minutes were even more interesting with even more mysteries about Odokawa's condition and that "accident" Same for the JK girl from Mystery Kiss who was apparently found dead, but it seems to be more complex than that. |

| Yano still spitting some fire ass verses as usual. Looks like Yano won't be getting fooled by Shun and Odokawa's plan. Now he's definitely looking for that 1 Billion Yen. Man... Yamamoto nearly killed my buddy Odokawa there if it wasn't for Shirakawa. She really saved the day. But, looks like Yamamoto is going to side with us now. Odoakawa really knows how to handle situations and how to deal with them in his favor. That GPS Tanaka must've been implanted in his car. Yano and his partner Sekiguchi really found out Shun's whereabouts from just a tweet. That's actually so true and creepy how that works. Social Engineering at its best. Dobu and Odokawa cooked up a plan to take the complete 1 Billion Yen from under Yano's nose. In this case, Odokawa's taxi is called 'ODDTAXI' . Hell yeah!!! They're planning to go their separate ways after this and Odoakwa also wants to return to his normal life. Odokawa once again juggling too many things at one time. This time, he has Shun to be kept safe until Yano gets arrested and Mystery Kiss gets free. This all getting down to an idol group at the end, Mystery Kiss. Also, the news of Yuki Mitsuya's death, supposedly the Mystery Kiss member, is shocking but Odokawa's denying that it's not her. Hmm?? Is it a piece of fake news? |

| I've watched too much cinemasins, right after "oddtaxi" I thought "roll credits", also Dobu kinda dorky coming up with names for their operation. Man the amount of pieces Odokawa is moving at the same time makes me think of that checkers vs. 4D chess meme, the last episodes are gonna wild. |

| Would be fun they making Shirakawa say "Swiper, no strangling". That an idea for the dub. They could explain more about Shirakawa, capoeira skills. Which are more interesting than Yano rapping. And thousand times more interesting than the dodo guy story. Mitsuya didn't even had a proper screen time and they killed her. Bull crap! |

| HMMM... Fox guy seems to be very VERY dedicated to "mystery kiss", so it's hardly likely that he would kill the "missing girl" or participated in her murder. He is too loyal to them. The final scene, as well as Odokawa having problems remembering the girl (when shown photo in a phone) may suggest that the body they found may be fake. It's been 2 months and the corpse may well be "unrecognizable" to a degree they have to rely on items, some blood, "fur". In other words, the found body may well be fake. Fox guy wants to protect "mystery kiss" even if he has to betray his boss and even if he goes to jail. That says a lot. His boss may be doing much cruel and shady stuff and the "missing girl" could have been a victim forced into this business, and, in order to break free, someone (Odokawa most likely) probably made a fake corpse and hid her. |
By the way I have a theory that he is a Shiba Inu dog, not a fox. Can someone here confirm which type of animal he is supposed to be? (Yeah, maybe his black ears make him fox...but his paws are not black...) PS AniDB lists Yamamoto as fox...I got excited over nothing. |

| This anime just keeps getting better and better by each episode. The tangled narratives, the music, THAT TITLE DROP. I'll probably rewatch the previous episodes once all the information (or most) has been layed out. Meanwhile, theorizing and discussing with other people feels really satisfying. |

| My current theory is that the Mitsuya found in the lake is the original Mitsuya from before the series began, and the new Mitsuya is the missing Nerima girl in hiding. Looking into what people have said about Mitsuya and how past vs present Mitsuya looks makes it seem like there has been a literal new Mitsuya since the beginning of the series. |
 I geeked the heck out when Dobu said it. It was so cool. And the follow up dialogue had me cracking up. |

| This was a great episode. Shirakawa came out with that mega clutch save to prevent Oddokawa from dying. In this episode, we finally learn why the title of this show is Oddtaxi, and it was ironically quite odd. I like how both Yano and Dobu, two very scary dudes work for Kuroda, and Oddokawa is just chilling with him in the sauna. |

| This episode really is something. Never expect Shirakawa to be the savior for Odokawa with her damn capoeira. Its forced that Mystery Kiss manager to joining the side to Odokawa. Good job, taxi driver! The way Odokawa and Shirakawa had a little fight. Man, just married already you both! Well, at least with her appearance Odokawa finally able to figure out why his scary stalker can following out him until before. Then, its Sekiguchi time with his scary cyberstalking ability to surprises me. Nice shit ever, while Yano, well keep rapping, man. As soon as Dobu finished his explanations over his stealing grand plan, and called the title name. I know its just simply resulted on a blast way. Oddo Taxi, very suited well to their case, and how its have the similar taxi driver name on it, Odokawa. Nice little writing script concept, there, never cease to amaze me, ngl. Soon it will reach its climax when Yano and Dobu done their yakuza job. While in the same time, the taxi melancholic hero driver execute his sneaky plan, everything will comes up on a big picture. However, there's still a lot of missing relations on that overarching story, that i believe will be clear out soon; including the Odokawa's past, the duo comedian connection over the convoluted circle, missing high school girl, and the revolutionary Tanaka end game. I keep my words simple. But i can't hold myself writing all of those, for the sake of this Oddtaxi. Really deserved that 8 rating, for now. |

| The timing for these comedic silences are perfect. Appreciate how they gave us and Odokawa a moment to take in the title drop - the name of Dobu's plan of all things! XD Interesting how Odokawa doesn't immediately pick Little Daimon's call or that they didn't show whether or not he picked up. He's probably the one who shot Dobu in the previous episode. Knew Yamamoto was going to try to start something as soon as he had Odokawa park in some secluded spot. But I thought Yamamoto would signal someone in the excavator to bury the taxi. An ironic burial or sorts. Instead of being entombed in water, Odokawa would be entombed in earth. Those overhead shots of the excavator have to mean something... |

| We got the title drop bois. Fantastic episode! The whole bank robbery will definitely be the climax of the show with the whole operation being called "Odd Taxi". Damn, Odokawa almost died there, but capoeira for the save. I am curious as to how Shirakawa knew Odokawa was there though. It's nice that Yamamoto actually cares for Mystery Kiss at least. Odokawa and Shirakawa's interactions are always very entertaining. Tapir Kiryu actually seems like a nice dude, I wonder what his role will be in the grander scheme of things. Bruh, Sekiguchi found out his exact address just based on Imai's tweets, it's creepy but, it's impressive lmao. Yano spitting cyberstalking bars though. It's safe to assume that Odokawa's accident is water related, he almost drowned and his parents was probably with him but, they weren't as lucky. Damn, so the original Mitsuya is the body found, then the missing high school girl must be the Mitsuya right now in Mystery Kiss, ol' switcheroo. Things are getting even crazier, really looking forward to the next episode. |

| The only complain would be "How is possible that Shirakawa-san was there to save Odokawa?" but everything else is going pretty good, yisus, cant wait to see how Odd Taxi plan works out. |
