| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Looks like Takemeichi is willing to do anything to resolve this conflict within the Tokyo Manji Gang. Even when he is bloodied and beaten up, he's not throwing the towel. Honestly, I find his gang drama to get more and more intense each episode. Teen Mikey though lol. It's almost hard to imagine he is the leader of a gang. |

| some of you might already know this, but this is pretty accurate in regard to how bosozokus worked. most bosozoku members joined in their early teens and left when they were in their late teens. it was seen as a phase that you sort of grew out of when you grew up. since most of their academic years were wasted goofing around, bosozoku members ended up being useless to the society in fields where education was necessary. they'd end up doing petty jobs or jobs that required physical labour or jobs usually on the lower rungs of social hierarchy. they'd end up being the exact opposites of their former selves. this was true for most bosozoku members. others prolly joined the yakuza or lived on other petty crimes (or took up teaching) some of the details might be wrong on this. i'm not a historian nor am i japanese, it's just something interesting i came across. |

| We got to see Darken's past with Mikey and how they become friends with each other. Gotta say Mikey as a kid was such a cool kid. Also, Draken was such a cheerful punk back then. But, the situation on the other hand is that Takemichi has to stop the fight between Moebius and Tokyo Manji Gang because this is where Draken will die. Nobody's listening to Takemichi, so it's gonna be real hard for him to somehow stop this fight from happening. Oh boy, looks like the Moebius gang is already here with their gang members to beat up Mikey and his gang. I wonder what will be Mikey's next move and what will Takemichi do to stop them from fighting. |

| Draken's past was kinda rough, crazy how he got a tattoo on his head when he was in 5th grade lol. Young Mikey is jokes, taking out the leader in one jump xD. That other leader is probably the one pulling the strings imo, since there's no way someone could weasel their way into being close to Mikey otherwise, even draken aint that close, and the way osanai was scared throws up flags. That ambush tho, its as if they somehow didn't notice a lot of people pulling up to an abandoned warehouse by hey ho, I'm not judging xD. |

| Draken’s past is absolutely tragic man. No parents or anyone to really guide you, no wonder he turned out to be a gang banger. That said, he turned out to be a good guy as he’s definitely loyal to his friends for better or worse. He and Mikey make a really good team. Moebius pulling up on the scene ready for war, this is gonna get really ugly and Takemichi will have his hands full trying to prevent anyone from dying. This show is just getting better every single week |

| Felt like a Naruto filler episode. It was really drawn out. Also the fight scenes or rather the punch scenes look really stiff. I' once defended the adaption but this is worse than expected. |
| Didn't think they could cover the extra chapter of Volume 2, which showcases Draken and Mikey's history being Chapter 0 of the entire series's story. This is nice stuff! Draken and Mikey's teenage adolescent growing-up years is a damn impressive one to see of their eventual rise to fame in gang-related activities. Though unassuming young kids and punks at that, Mikey is the one that displayed First Blood with a vengeance, and became friends at that. Back in present day, Takemichi and Naoto investigating and gathering intel on Moebius starts with the unassuming former leader Osanai that laid bare of the tragedy that would conflict Kraken's death with someone else being the mastermind that is the trigger. Better find out who that is. To see Akkun 12 years in time travel when he was still alive, Takemichi is always blessed to have a friend like that who needs saving, a +1 to his record of people he wants to save. But to break the news to Mikey and the rest about it, the matter will not be changed as it acts as revenge for Pah, his girl and the entire Toman gang as a whole, at least to Mikey. The Moebius conflict that starts with the 8th Commander Osanai, it's an all-out war. Takemichi, WHAT'S YOUR NEXT MOVE??? Get this sorted out ASAP! |

Also I don't know what kind of animation you're expecting it seems perfectly fine? Am I missing something here? There wasn't any censored scenes since I've seen the raw version it's the same. |

| Really liked this episode!!! Seems like there was tension building up between Draken and Mikey before Moebius marched in. Really hoping to see more of Mikey and how he grew up like this. His childishness is almost always present, even when he’s being serious... Forgot what that other future Tokyo Manji Gang leader is, but it’s obvious that he’s behind it lol Excited to see what Takemichi will do to stop the fight, I’m guessing he’ll just let the gang punch him or sth π₯΄ |
| shit what timing to end the episode lmao, obvs didn't expect takemichi to just walk in, yell "fighting dame" leave and expect everything to work, but now things have really escalated. plus this version of time travel doesn't permit redoing events ala re:zero so if he fuks up he fuks up lol oh well, my guess is hand gonna be stabby stab |

| Liked how they adapted the story on how Mickey and Draken met. Gotta say though, as a manga reader this episode definitely felt a little bit empty considering the story. Overall I definitely like the way the tension is building up and I hope in the next episodes we´re gonna get more of the actual conflict between both gangs. |

| Hype episode lets goo also for those complaining about animation are pretty fucking braindead, shit looks fine to me. It's not amazing like JJK level but it isn't a slideshow for sure. |

| I’m glad this anime is turning out well after two somewhat underwhelming episodes to start. Takemichi is really not in a good situation trying to convince Mikey not to go to war with the rival gang. Add on top that the entire gang showed up in front of them to declare war and next episode looks like it will be a banger. |
| Damn, this is really good. Show gets better and better, didn't even realize the episode ended. It's fairly clear that someone was definitely pulling the string behind the Moebius vs Toman fight especially after we heard from Osamai in the present. I find it strange that Naoto didn't pressure him into giving a name, I think if they tried hard enough they could have given Takemitchy more to work with. Really liked the conversation between Akkun and Takemitchy on the bike, kinda hoping that becomes the trigger to prevent Akkun from ending up the way he did. The entire sequence at the end with Toman and the eventual standoff with Moebius was intense as hell. Sounds like Draken suspected something as well so he's willing to give Takemitchy some consideration but Mikey doesn't like it. In fact, he might have inadvertently triggered the rift he was trying to prevent. Takemitchy went in with a fairly straightforward brute force plan to just confront Toman and persuade them but he wonders what he should do as conflict tensions right, he should just call out Osamai saying he's being used by the 'x' person and see if it works out. xD Draken is a cool guy, he might be on the wrong side of the law, but for a kid having grown up without parents and barely any support he turned out to be a guy with value. |

| I loved the backstory between Mikey and Draken and it once again goes to show what a badass even at a young age Mikey is. Also I think it's pretty obvious that dude with the glasses is the one behind this conflict, I just get that feeling from him. |

| Takemichi tried to prevent TMG from going to war with Moebius, but its too bad that Moebius brought the fight to them. We are already seeing cracks in the partnership between Draken and Mikey. I'm not surprised that Tetta would be the one that set them up because with Draken out of the way, Tetta can swoop in and take over Toman. |

| Boy, this is getting really interesting here! Draken’s demise the link for all catastrophes to follow, one might say at this point, but it doesn’t seem like Takemichi’s doing enough to avert that? Nasty cliffhanger... Akkun’s dream, here’s to hoping Takemichi will be able to make a significant change somewhere down the line for this to happen. My guts are telling me it isn’t very likely but let’s see. No Hina this episode aside from the Op & ED. I’m kind of curious to see their interaction especially given how last episode’s final interaction was xD. |

| Alright, I gotta say that I really enjoyed learning more about Draken's past and how he met Takemichi, but man we're starting to see signs of what Takemichi is trying to prevent. And now we're left with a cliffhanger with Moebius surrounding Takemichi and the others, I wonder how Takemichi and the others are going to deal with this; definitely excited to see what's going to happen next! |
| Draken sure had one hell of an upbringing. Looks like Takemichi is struggling to prevent certain events from happening (Toman vs. Moebius) while also seeming to accidentally cause certain events to happen (the falling out between Draken and Mikey). Hopefully he'll be able to steer things back in the right direction. |

| Things got really interesting in this episode. It was actually really nice to see the backstory between Draken and Mikey. Tattoos in the 5th grade, I could never imagine that happening to anybody. I'm very excited to see what Takemichi will do about this fight in the next episode, and whether he'll succeed or have to restart. |
