Shuka and Kaname (Darwin's Game) - I just like these two together. Naofumi and Raphtalia (Shield Hero) - ^ Giorno and Bucciarati (JoJo pt 5) - No need to explain these bros if you have seen it Goku and Vegeta (Dragonball) - The original enemies to friend story. |

| Isaac and Miria from Baccano! made me laugh hard as shit and the attitude they have is so bombastic, so they're definitely one of my favorite platonic couples in anime. Another pick for me would be Natsume and Katsuragi (was that his name?) from Deca-dence; the bond they developed throughout the series is just written with so much emotion, and their reunion at the end there was sweet. My final pick would be Migi and Shinichi from Parasyte, as they reflect each other's actions and it adds a lot to series' themes. Shinichi becomes closer to an emotionless killing machine while Migi grows ever closer to feeling human emotion. Out of all the picks, I would say this one is the best written. |
| Satoru and Kenya from Erased. I like duos of MC and his dependable best friend trying to fight for justice. Another one like this is Fujimaru and Otoya from Bloody Monday, but that's a manga. |
