| Even though this is a basic answer, MHA still remains to be the most toxic for me. I've never seen a fandom give an author death wishes over an anime they love so much and something they cannot control. Simple art of two female characters and it's a whole big deal out of it as well. They walk around cons with leashes, I swear. |

| As many have stated, the MHA fandom. People may complain about how obnoxious jojo fans are (which is true, we are), how shonen fans are way too loud, or the FMAB fandom putting 1 on MAL just to score down some other good shows, but none of these literally thread the author AND other people on media because they don´t agree with his decisions, plus the disgusting lgbtq+ they put on the characters (which are minors btw). |

| MHA fanbase for sure. jfc. it's easy to pinpoint why, btw. the theme (superheroes+school) resonates deeply with the western audience the cartoony artstyle is something they're used to, even normies are more receptive towards it than your standard anime. it has an immense overseas mass appeal. the more people like it, the more loud they get and "toxic" read: cancer will latch onto it. |
