Attack on Titan.

I remember liking the first season a lot. However, between the huge break between the first and second season, and me losing interest in the show's premise as I got older, I never really got around to picking it up again.

I always watch the second season, in case ofc. Wouldn't want to start something else before finishing as far as that story goes!

season 2s can be kinda scary in how unpredictable the quality can be. Some shows are literally the same thing as season 1, worse than s1, or even better (mob psycho 2 WOO). At the very least it's a continuation of whatever the story is, even for those slice of lifes ecchi harem comedies.

If another season exists, catch me watching it after s1.
That being said, I have no shame skipping specials!

I really enjoyed my hero academia, but unfortunately the first episode for the second season was so boring. I am usually, not quick to judge but I genuinely didn't care about the second season

Off of one episode? Damn dude that's brutal.

I always watch the second season unless I dropped the show because I want more of the story. One show I am gonna skip is Cells at Work 2. I enjoyed the first season but by the end the humour had worn off and I'm not expecting the second season to try anything particularly different. I care more for a good story anyway.

Psycho-pass, thought it ended in a good spot, didn't want a repeat of Darker Than Black.
Mushi-Shi , felt like I saw enough of it after the first season.
3-gatsu no Lion, I'm actually not entirely sure why I didn't want to watch season 2 of this. Just wasn't feeling it.

Wow, there are really a whole lot now that i think about it....hmmm. ^-^;

Ao no Exorcist(Even though i really liked the first season, after seeing the communities opinions towards not only the sequel but Ao no Exorcist as a whole, it has very much affected me, to the point i began questioning if the 9 i gave it was perhaps too high, as a result it made me less likely to want to watch the sequel... ;__;)

Akatsuki no Yona(Do OVA's count? It lists it as a sequel, i just would rather watch other anime instead)

Cardcaptor Sakura(While i did like Card Captor Sakura in the beginning, after like 40 episodes i started getting bored with the formulaic episodes and lost interest in it, so while i intend to watch the sequel it's not at all a priority for me)

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!(While i did find some moments funny and liked Rikka and Dekomori, i don't feel any need to see more of it, for me it was just an okay time waster)

Code Geass(While i did like some aspects of it, i had to force myself several times to get through both seasons completely so i don't think i'll watch the sequels any time soon)

Digimon(While i do intend to watch the Tri movies eventually, they are not a priority for me atm, the other series though....i think Frontier kinda ruined Digimon for me and i tried a few episodes of Xros Wars, but it just didn't feel like Digimon to me at all, it's like, they completely deviated from the original concept and modernized it just for the sake of making new generations relate to it, this ruined the whole "one" partner bond that Digimon was known for! And also threw the classic Evolution system out the window, argh!!!)

Donten ni Warau(While i did like it, especially after a certain point, i would rather watch other anime first though)

Dragon Ball(After Z i don't think i'm interested in the franchise anymore soo....)

Jigoku Shoujo(While i liked it, there's other anime i would rather watch first.)

K(It was okay, but would rather watch more anime first before watching the movies)

Ojamajo Doremi(I really liked this as a child, but not sure if i would still feel the same now so i'll put off watching the sequels for now, maybe i'll watch them next year when the movie comes out)

Pokemon(Honestly, kinda lost interest in the Pokemon anime after a while, so it's unlikely i'll continue watching the sequels)

Rockman.EXE(I really, really loved this one, but not sure i would still feel the same way now, i would have watched the sequels sooner but for the longest time no fansub group had bothered with subbing the sequels! ;___;)

Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan(Was honestly not that into it, i can barely remember anything and i think i was bored for the most part, so i don't feel the need to check out the sequel)

Servamp(Actually, really want to watch the movie but i can't find it anywhere! :()

Shokugeki no Souma(While i liked it, some of the cooking involving meat make me squeamish, so i'd rather put the sequels off for now)

Steins;Gate(While i did love it for the story and plot and do intend to watch it, i want to watch other anime first though)

Tsubasa Chronicle(I'm still apprehensive to watch the newer sequels because of the supposed gore in them)

Weiß Kreuz(It was good but i have other anime i would like to watch first)

Yu☆Gi☆Oh! (Honestly don't feel the need to watch any of the other series after GX, even though i really, really loved that one!)

It's not really like i don't want to ever watch them, just that i feel compelled to watch other anime first.

I understand why you couldn't get into mob psycho though. The first season was pretty average but trust me, the 2nd season is much much better. Although it's a little bit rushed but it has a lot character development, better story, better fight scenes, and has a great op. Mob psycho 2nd season is probably the best anime of this winter 2019 imo.

I usually watch the sequel if I enjoyed the first season but I checked my MALGraph and I found Amanchu and Cardcaptor Sakura there and also Noragami for Amanchu I probably won't watch the 2nd season cuz everyone saying isn't good but may check the other two

Like most people I’ve also been putting iff SG0. Also I’ve never gotten around to some others such as chunibyou s2 and Bungou stray dogs s2 (though that may change with s3 coming out.) There are also a bunch of sequel movies like Trinity Seven I haven’t seen

Maken-Ki! - I enjoyed the first season despite some flaws, particularly the lack of much character development. Reviews of season two indicated that character development remained stalled in favor of more fanservice, so I didn't watch it.

I don't think people hate it so much as they are just disappointed. I mean it's pretty much impossible to live up to the original Steins;Gate, the new one was doomed no matter what.

Steins;Gate. I know what the season 2 is about and I didn't like what I've heard. Imo 1st season was amazing and it ended perfectly. With season 2, it kinda feels like they are milking the series. Sure I'll probably watch it one day, but not anytime soon.

Tokyo Ghoul. Probably the worst adaption in last decade. Studio Pierrot ruined a masterpiece. In my opinion it could have been an amazing long running anime adaption but they tried to adapt around 200 chapters in 50 episodes. Parasyte > Tokyo Ghoul (in every aspect in anime). Even Madhouse adapted 64 chapters long Parasyte manga in 24 episodes.

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! was the show I really enjoyed. It was fun watching that '8-th grade syndrome' thing. I was not up for Season 2. For me it ended at s1. some series doesn't need a sequel.
