When you just finished any anime, can you continue to watch another one right after? Do you need time like a day or whatever? Ofcourse most people will rest right after finished one but i mean, there might be a feeling or thoughts that you have to put under rest firstly before continuing to watch another one, aren't there?

I can watch anime whenever. I usually have a few anime on the go and when I finish one I'll quickly decide on which one to watch next and then put that one on. I even once watched 50 anime in the same day, although most of them were shorts.

I usually don't start another anime on the same day that I finish on. But I don't take a break for multiple days or anything between.

I do it when the anime I finished was boring or forgettable. Otherwise, if I enjoyed it, I call it a day and ponder over the events after completing the anime.

No, because it's most likely that I'm burned-out from the previous one I've watched

It depends on the anime. If it was really good and thought-provoking I often end up listening to some of the OST and finding other ways of passing the time until it's out of my head somewhat. For most anime I'll happily start another straight away or after a short break if I've still got free time.

I prefer to take some time, particularly if I really enjoyed it.

I don't know how long I usually take, but I think a few days, even a week or more, is typical. Sometimes I "switch phase" and go play games for several days instead.

I basically do the "really good and thought-provoking" response you outlined, but with almost every series.

I think it helps me appreciate each story on an individual basis, rather than letting them bleed together then complaining about "generic"-ness later.

It depends. If the anime i watched was very good i might need like a week to take it off my mind and continue watching something else. If the anime i finished was like "fine" i will watch a new one even the same day.

Sure can. More often than not when I need to rinse my brain from some atrocious series I've finished watching. Also when I just finished watching s1 and I can't wait for s2 so I put it immediately on after I'm done with the first.

I can, but I often choose not to.

I like to take my time, rewind the story and have a final run through the individual departments. Final impression, basically, followed by deciding on a rating and taking a little break, often about 4-6 hours before starting another show, if at all that is.

Usually I give myself a bit of time before leaping right into a new one, but no more than a day usually. And since I'm watching so much seasonal stuff, quite often my "break" will be me catching up on seasonals.

Start a new anime right after as in right after right after? Never, because if in a certain day I have to finish an anime, I always start the anime early in the afternoon, and I always end the finishing anime at night or at dusk.

if it's a fucking good anime I'll need a bit of time to rest(a few hours at best exept for something like a 10/10, then I'll need at least two or three day) but if it's 7/10 or less I'll be indifferent .
well not for all 7/10s, there are exeptions but for all 6/10s and less, I sure didn't have any trouble staring/continuing any other anime right away.

sometimes even after fucking great animes/mangas I would still watch/read something else after finishing them but I would still think about them while reading the other manga

if it impacts me w/ its ending then I usually think about the meaning of life, universe, etc

but yea, I sorta get your point. It's hard to just switch to another show when the one you were watching just concluded

Yes easily, but ONLY when i finish what i'm already watching. I don't allow myself to watch more than 1 series at a time on my own (excluding what's currently airing), unless either i finish what i'm already watching or if there's something with a friend.

I've only done that once, and it was more of a technicality. I had some To Love-Ru OVAs to finish, and after that, I decided to watch Anohana, since I still had time and it was early in the day. Aside from that, I always take a couple of days between anime that I finish.

After I finish an anime I usually rate it, read reviews and discussions on it, take a break for about an hour then start watching another one. So no I don't start watching another anime right after but I can still start another on the same day.

Can't afford to waste time anymore. I watch another show as soon as possible. There is too many on my plan to watch already, I have to finish them quickly if I want it to shorten and my anime knowledge to strengthen.

Whenever I finished an anime series, it takes me half a day to start another series. If the series was good for me it takes me atleast 2 days to move on to another series.

For me it kind of depends on what kind of series I just completed and how much I enjoyed it. If I just finished a CGDCT anime I'll go straight into something else. If it's something that's made me think a lot I'll normally wait a day or so.

With that said I normally have no idea what I'll watch next so I normally take a break and look for something new but not always.

Depends on the Ending of the Anime I just watched. If ts sad or if it makes me think I do Wait a Day or two to start something Else but If its just a Cliffhanger I start something Right Away (Mostly just watch 1 ep in those cases)

I don't watch a single anime at a time (not even close) I watch multiple episodes from different anime, and if it's good enough the ending will let me thinking but nothing along "resting for one day or two", I can't do stuff like that. Some time ago my mom took my phone for two days and I couldn't watch anime and I got constant nosebleeds...
