| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that was quite something, Mei no longer playing around while Seido has a little plan of their own. This match could drag a bit.. Furuya's awesome though with the way he is playing even as pitcher. New OP theme is alright I guess. I was more used to the previous song though. |

| Mei getting Yuki out and haven't give a run after that! Furuya's pitch seemed quite intense! Inashiro's batters failing to hit except for Mei! Those cheers for Furuya from all those strikeouts. One day when they would cheer Sawamura for that. :O I want Sawamura to pitch or Tanba. Quite curious on who would give up the run first now!!! Mei with those change-up or Furuya's speed and splitters! |

| I was actually just thinking about how they should get a new OP this morning. My prayers were answered, lol. I love Mei's glares :> I'm really starting to like him, which is unexpected. He makes me fangirl and laugh. I can't ask for more ;v; Gah as glad as I am about Seido being able to shutout Inashiro, I can't get over my dislike towards Furuya. I'm sorry. I'm just getting so sick of hearing about him every single time :c |

| Furuya is doing very good. This is going to be a long game. Seido is at their best, though I'd almost rather have them not be since they can only go down from here. I don't love the new OP or ED maybe they'll grow on me though, not catchy or interesting visually |

I'm glad he's doing great, and Eijun's too funny trying to look out for him, especially in the episode preview. Still don't care too much about Furuya though, and ew he has fanboys :P Anyway, I laughed when Carlos went, "Oh, so that's a splitter." XD Seidou's doing great so far. Inashiro has some catching up to do. I like the new OP! I think Go EXCEED! will always be my favorite one because it's so upbeat , but I like the slightly more serious tone this new one has. The new ED is yet another good one by our three VAs ^^ |
| A bit tired of Furuya no Ace and even worst knowing what's gonna happen in the future, i hope Sawamura becoming the ace isn't being recognized like the ace just in name and only in the last game of his third year, i really hope this doesn't end like that, but im starting to get bad vibes. |

| Excellent episode! Intense and funny! Yahari, it's good to have pitchers like Furuya, although Mei, the guy with the knuckle ball, Tanba, Eijun, and even the Thai guy aim to be real bitches with these change-ups, curves, and whatever unpredictable balls. Miyuki catching that "today fastballs are stable" was hilarious. And suddenly, the team can't make fun of Eijun's stupidity - what a turn! :) |

| I don't like the new OP/ED as much as the last ones. "Cloud 9" was hot fire. Mei, gah! his smug face when he struck out Miyuki. Anyway it was an intense, fast paced episode. I don't hate Inashiro but... GO SEIDO!! |

| Man, they sure upped the animation quality this episode. I hope it lasts the whole match. And the pacing! Makes it feel like actual kokoyakyu. :3 The first years were adorable. Ahhhh. 5/5 (SHOCK!) |
