| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nice hats. The "best boy" logo made it stand up even more. The episode included some night training and I found it somewhat intense to see how far riders work to improve themselves. Felt like a buildup episode and pacing slowed down a bit. I'm okay with that and it's giving some chance to build up more for the story. These guys have big dreams and I want to see them come true! |

| More screen time for the rest of Kyoto Fushimi, NICE. I hope Yama and Mizuta try to stand out more and not live under Midousuji's shadow for the next days of the race, but I highly doubt it. I feel like Mizuta especially has plenty of room for some character development. But Onoda's clueless mom was truly the best part of the episode.  |

| A very funny episode! especially on the first part where the mother of Onoda visited Sohoku! So Manami got one of the caps that says BEST BOY! lolz! BWAHAHAH! Midousuji is crazy scary there! feels like i'm watching a horror! poor Mizuta got punished by Midousuji because he made a meeting without his permission! oh! Kuroda's alive and back from his crash down! Shinkai Yuuto had a nice chat with Onoda! so this is Peak Hornet vs Supreme Mountain King! 5/5. |
