| Clannad Afterstory, I made it about halfway through Afterstory before I realized I was forcing myself to watch a show about characters that I generally just did not like, in a genre I'm not that fond of. I kept expecting something to come along and change my mind but as I kept forcing myself through it I realized when I'm not watching a show for fun I shouldn't bother watching it at all. |
| One Piece - I'm not sure if the number of episodes is a good reason to drop it but I can't watch it anymore, I've also stopped reading the manga though I'm try to re-start reading it again if the last arc starts. |

| Kimi no Na wa - Couldn't get through more than the first 20 minutes. It bored the hell out of me. And that quite something. I'm not a big fan of Makoto Shinkai to begin with, but I was at least able to finish his other movies. Hunter x Hunter (2011) - Not interested in watching a lazy, unimaginative, panel to panel copy-paste job of the manga. It almost feels like I'm watching an animated manga. And then there's all the tedious expositions. One Piece - Fucking wasted nearly a month on it. Should have listened to all the reviews. This shit would be much more watchable if it was 1/3rd its length. And this is just the first 200 or so episodes. The newer ones are apparently even worse with their pacing. If only the rest of the show was as good as the first 2-3 seasons. Those were genuinely quite good. Especially the backstory arcs of the members. |

| Steins;Gate - looked interesting, but turned out I couldn't stand the characters, especially the MC. Gintama - I probably would have watched it if I found it while I was younger, but at the point I started watching it, I just couldn't get into it. One Punch Man - got bored with it. Death Note - dropped twice. It drops in quality after Light enters uni, or sometime around that point. That's it. |

| I watched every episode of Nichijou but I tried re-watching it 2 years ago and I can't. If it isn't hilarious (ie. deer scene), it's pretty shitty. |

| Mahoutsukai no Yome. I just didn't like it for some reason. I watched it's prequel and enjoyed it far more than the main anime. People who like it can you please tell why you enjoy it. |

| At the moment anime in MAL's top 100 that I dropped: Boku dake ga Inai Machi. Satoru annoyed me to no ends. Also, the anime behaved like a smart anime but it's actually ridiculously dumb and full of plot conveniences. One Piece. Just when I was planning to resume, an avid fan of the anime who happens to be a friend IRL told me that the story became stale after a time skip. Having heard that from such a huge fan killed my interest once and for all. Don't see myself ever reconsidering having read similar comments/msg in the forums or in IRCs. nb. I am surprised so many people had the same experience with Gintama like I had at the beginning. |
