after crying twice the last episode this episode was heart warming. I so want this to work for them, because the rewards will be enormous I think.

I'm always smiling at the end of each episode! It's too cute!!!!!!! :D
Haha the final scene, "It's sweat"! Her face is epically cute...kawaiii!
About that annoying girl, Reina was it? She was watching horrible things on tv! No wonder she annoys the hell out of everyone!
Daikichi's working hours are way too long :( I think that's the way it goes in real life as well!
I know how it felt for Rin to wait for so long at the kindergarten ; it once happened with me and it felt horrible -watching all kids leave except you! Poor her, she has to take it every day...

Good thing I decided to comment in here. I had no idea there was anything after the credits until I saw the comments about sweat and was like "Wait a minute... was I watching the right episode?" I just assumed at best there'd be a "NEXT TIME ON ---- DON'T MISS IT!" segment after the ending.

Two episodes in and I'm adooooring this. I don't know what sounds more difficult though, raising a child or living in Japan. Put them together and every day Daikichi lives, he lives as a hero.

This episode is touching, i admit. I like the song that plays after daikichi picks rin up on her first day in nursery. Too bad it's not included in the ost. Anyone knows why? It's so beautiful though ;)

Everything's perfect, but I felt sleepy while watching this.

Oh god, the animation style is gorgeous. Loving the watercolour effect.
OST's also fantabulous.

Well I think Daikichi is doing a pretty good job considering the situation. The episode itself was really heart warming.

Love the monologue Daikichi gave about Rin's state.

It was really touching especially that Daikichi is starting to change drastically (reducing smoking habits) and the day care scene is just adorable.

Granted I haven't read the manga so take that into consideration when I say:

I'm glad they're not focusing too much on Daikichi getting adjusted with the whole nursery/job situation. Things are moving along at a slightly quick pace which I like since you'd get pretty much the same emotions even if you went slow. This series is only 11 episodes so this way we can see more development. I'm happy with the way things are going. Very sweet episode

Yeah he's really taking this seriously and very sincere about taking care of Rin. Even though he knew it would be hard, he's not complaining one bit and still believes that Rin's the one who has it hard. Daikichi's a pretty good parent since Rin's not even his child and he's learning too about how to take care of a kid.

This might already have been discussed, but is it possible that at timemark 11:28, the blue coat with fur that appears might be a reference to another Production IG project "Ghost in the Shell SAC 1st GIG"? Reminded me of the character Aoi.

ahhhh, the first week with a child. Daikichi needs to adapt from his busy work life, to a more busy parent life. The role he plays in his work makes it hard for him to find time for rin; who's having a tough time, as well. i loved their first week together, especially those piggy back scenes

I teared up a bit when Daikichi was picking up Rin and then he put those origami things in his mouth. And then Rin was like *blushes*. So cute.

Rin lecturing Daikichi was cute.
Also at the end Rin keeps insisting it's sweat, which it was by the way :)

Also really shows how hard it is to raise a kid !

Great episode, but I feel sorry for Rin since she has to wait so long. But there's nothing to complain, since she got home.
I wonder how long the days are... Is Daikichi working over 12 hours?

Do what my brother did whenever he had a girl over, he locked his door and ignored me whenever I would knock. They were pretty quiet in their room but I would listen carefully then use it to make him help me with my homework. I'm pretty sure Rin would understand.

Better than last episode!!

My heart goes fuzzy when I watched this. I can understand why this is Josei because it is targeted to woman who seeks children. This will be good education for them.

I know job interferes family issue.

I LOLed when Dai panted besides hot woman and she thought he is pervo, haha XD

Cute but a bit depressing to me. It reminds me deeply of the struggles and stressful reality of parenting. Taking care of a child is like working another job on top of your work.
