| Indeed, the Japanese voice is horrible. But the English Dub is way too American. So I'm lucky that I'm German because the German Dub is really really good. German Dubs usually are ridiculously horrible so that you cringe while watching but DB's German Dub is about the only good German Dub I know in this world. And everything is dubbed in Germany. |

I agree with you, the german dub is really good =). Probably the best out of the three I know (jap, eng, ger). But Dragon Ball is not the only good dub, NGE, Bebop, Conan, Wolfs Rain, FMA, Samurai Champloo and a few more were also great imho. |

| dont like Goku's JP va too, if they make Okamoto Nobuhiko or Osaka Ryota voice Goku that may actually turn pretty good, other than them I dont see any other seiyuu that would fit Goku. |

| I love her voice for Goku as well. She has his character down very well compared to the ENG dub. But, I do wonder what they're going to do when she dies. If they do replace her, I imagine it'll have to be a male seiyuu with a girly sounding voice or another female that's capable of deeper ranges. |

| The jap is so cringe worthy. DBZ is the only anime I refuse to listen to the sub. I'm waiting for this movie to be dubbed before I watch it. |

| You copy and paste from another thread and I'll copy and paste from that thread. Nah and Japan loves her and her voice for Goku and the rest. If he gets another VA it will most likely be someone who has a similar voice. Japan is very serious about reprising roles. And I believe some VAs even pick before they die who will take over for them when they do die. |

| I think Goku's Japanese sounds great, you just have to get used to it, it will really grow on you. |
