| I might consider calling Miyamori Desk-Chan from now on! =3 Doing a manga adaption must be harder than creating an original anime. Deciding whether the anime should be faithful and stick to the main source step by step, or by going into a different direction with original anime content and/or ending can make or break the show and potentially divide the fanbase. I wouldn't be surprised at how stressful Desk-Chan's new role is compared to her previous role with Exodus. Either way, I'm confident she'll do a great job. =D And with the project having plenty of 3D animation, hopefully it'll give Misa a chance to join the company along with Rii-Chan and her upcoming audition. The Editor of the book company looks dodgy. Using up all the small time in the meeting with constant interruptions and with little consideration to the project might cause problems for Musashino in the future. =/ Overall, a solid start to the second half of Shirobako, New ED is really nice too. |

| Red haired girl going to audition for Aerial Girls, hopefully she gets accepted. As for Miyamori, her work increased. Would've been nice if she got a couple days off but it seems like she's the workhorse of the staff. The new OP is ok, preferred the previous one. As for the new ED, loved it. |

| A middle-school-aged light novel author interacted with the director and other staff of an animation company to adapt it into a TV anime series. This was in Episode 8 of the first season of OreImo, also known as "Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Anime-ka na Wake ga Nai" and 俺の妹がこんなにアニメ化なわけがない. The title of Episode 8, which aired on Nov 21, 2010, was "There's No Way My Little Sister Could Get an Anime" (俺の妹がこんなにアニメ化なわけがない). | Honestly one of the most pleasant, enjoyable, educational and aesthetically pleasing series in this entire past year. P.A. Works certainly answers to the heavily expectations placed on them each season. I'd never imagined that animation works would be so deeply rooted in so many disciplines, and being aware of this certainly makes watching anime that much more enjoyable and intellectual. I'll be rooting for you, Shizuka! Get that first big break! |
| And so begins the second arc of this supremely entertaining and educational anime of the animation industry.... I friggin LOVE IT! It's kind of sad how we have a "passing of the torch" for some positions, though I think Miyamori definitely earned her spot as the Desk. In fact, because she isn't as familiar with the Director, I feel like this situation may actually be better, since the Director knows he can't suck up to her like he did with Honda. Midori's input set it up so nicely. I hope they hire her at Musani. Knowing that even the higher ups in the company appreciate her work will be good for her future interviews, plus working with Miyamori would probably be a good motivation. Also hope that Shizuka will gain her confidence back. I really feel sad at how she's working so hard but not getting any recognition at all. If she manages to get the part for the anime, that would be so good considering how she'd get to work with her classmates again. Alternatively though, I can see another failed interview might just break her... Sometimes I wonder just what the Loli and Kuma dolls are. They seem more like comical narrators than characters in Miyamori's imagination.... specially for this episode. Still funny as heck though. Oh, and the new OP and ED are also very nice. |

| New OP and ED are great!! And hell yeah, Shizuka got the audition schedule!! I really hope she can pass and work together with Miyamori and Ema. The jets being full 3D also made me think that Misa would be involved in the project too!! Poor Midori still in college so there's no chance for her to work with her sempais. |

| in real life anime industry it really depends, there are times when the original creator doesn't have time meeting-up with the production staff which is sometimes a disadvantage, but it really depends on the studio, if its a big shot studio then maybe they could still do a good job even without the supervision of the creator. Musani will again have a hard time, specially because char design responsibility is a 1st time for Iguchi Yumi. We'll see how Musani could pull this off. | Everybody has already seen the preview for Episode 14, since it was right after the ED of Episode 13. In any case, here it is again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRE04VxhBtI As it shows, the title of Episode 14 is: 仁義なきオーディション会議! jingi naki ōdishon kaigi! ...which I guess means something like: "Audition without humanity!" "Audition without honor!" "Audition without justice!" 仁義 --> humanity / honor / justice なき --> without オーディション --> audition 会議 --> meeting Whatever the episode title actually means, I just hope that Shizuka Sakaki's audition for the part in this new anime series will go smoothly. |

| Episode not say subdued, but other than those small contexts interesting for the fact to explain the work of an executive producer and the subtle difference between character design and not; the narrative showed a pattern all too predictable. I hope that is not the same in the next episode, because I like the feeling that Zuka is one of the candidates to the role of voice actress. Opposite the dialogues, which I appreciated, as well as the sets of the anime, really well done. |

| Nice new OP, ED was also interesting. So they have new title. I was kinda surprised they had nothing to do for two seasons but small studios are this way I guess. But dat sensei not being present at presentation... (no to mention his manager is total dick) ...I think that they will get into problems with chara designs and original anime ending plan. It is really worrying that parent company has so low interest in the project, it seems they are only taking it as something to boost the sales then. He also mentioned this is second attempt on anime, perhaps the first one was cancelled then? I smell troubles. I can't wait when other girls joins the anime too. Will Midori join the company externally to do more research only to write some scripts in times of need? Heavy 3D modelling also calls for new staff, I hope Misa's company will be doing it for them. And Shizuka is already doing her auditions next episode, which is great! I really wonder where this project goes next. Somehow I have a feeling the anime can get cancelled and Musani would have to create new project to maintain its very existence. That's where all girls could get together and make their own project. I'll be also surprised if they make it differentely. |

| awesome, manga adaption now. predicting that all of the girls will end up working on this anime. I've always found it interesting how people can/have to be experts on the most obscure things when making anime, like clouds or fighter jets. They really go all out on everything, and it's something I really respect. |

| The instant I saw the 3D of the jets in the OP, I got the feeling that Misa will end up working for Musani doing 3D work. We shall see if this turns out correct. Edit: Not to mention she's clearly working on a plane's landing gear in the OP, as well. |

PD: How's that Tarou is in the team!? After all the mess he did in Exodus! he shouldn't be there jajaja But I guess he is the "I fucked up" factor the series needs to build stress jeje |

| OP song - 4.6/5 Did the Main girls said that they want to create their own anime but this arc is Aerial Girls. I doubt their goal will achieve by the end of the series. This will be a problem if anime production dont understand what original creator aimed for this series. ED song - 3.5/5 2.9/5 |

| Ayy new cour, and some new additions to the cast. I'm a big fan of the new OP and ED themselves the OP in particular for how it manages to highlight that massive cast. Curious to see how all this will shake out with the manga adaptation. The Agent for the Author or whatever his role is seems pretty terrible but in an amusing to watch way. I'm also glad we're seeing more of Nabe-P these days he was piquing my interest as a character near the end of the last cour. I like a lot of the basically line up changes, Miyamori moving up as other production people leave is expected but some of the others were suprising. Like goth loli-sama giving the character design to Iguchi. Seems like this might fulfill our heroines dream to make an anime together. I like how they're roping Rii-chan in because she loves researching, that was actually pretty believable especially with the set up last cour. We'll see if things can finally go right for Zuka next time. |

| -Huh, Aoi is sitting where Honda used to sit in the new OP -New hires at MusAni from the OP -Turns out they're not at the office yet -Aoi's hallucinations begin again and the bear's name is Roro? -Somehow I don't think wanting to please everyone is something that can feasibly be achieved -Clouds 101 -Aoi's mom is adorable -Wait does the research Aoi is doing mean that the Third Aerial Girls Squad is about personified planes? -Shizuka gets notified of an audition for the same thing Aoi's working on, and I liked the scene with her and her old teacher -Mangaka being to busy to meet about the anime and the meeting with Chazawa makes me think a catastrophe is brewing -Exposition fest while visiting a plane museum or something -Looks like next episode contains Shizuka's audition I like the new OP just as much as the old one, but I definitely liked the old ED song better than the new one. The new ED is pretty visually interesting, though, just like the old one. Other than the OP and ED change it doesn't feel like things are happening yet. |
