| Animation: Phenomenal - battle scenes, character designs, OP - seriously top notch Characters: some likable, kick-a$$, incredibly battle-oriented guys Story: Honestly, thinking too deeply about the story will ruin the other aspects of the show--it seems it's meant for pure entertainment as the type of anime that excels in the fields of, mind-blowing, edge-of-your-seat battles, if nothing else. A good watch if you're in the mood for cool fights and bada$$ samurai with fiery tempers ;D |

| I watched it today~I'm soo happy that it got animated. Yukimura wasss sooooo funny LMAO! I just love that part when he says "Oyataka-sama" .I just don't know why i like it especially the part when he and Takeda were fighting xD and Sasuke's expression is love. The small battle between Yukimura and Masamune was AWESOME. Kenshin looks a little manly in here.Atleast he doesn't look gay like in the game version and the blond girl which i think is Kasuga looks 0.0 weird. Anyways ,The OP and ED is cool and fun to listen. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Now that was just fucking awesome. Amazing animation quality, nice character designs, good OP and ED, and a great cast of voice actors with Norio Wakamoto topping it all off. Definitely watching this all the way through. And I really am looking to the next episode. 5/5 |

| This was a really great first episode ;D I am expecting for it be more entertaining just like the games ;D TMRevolution (solo of abingdon boys school band) - Crosswise (opening for the first game ;O) abingdon boys school - BLADE CHORD (opening for the sengoku basara heroes 2 game ;D) and now abingdon boys school - JAP (opening for the anime series ;D) must be because Takanori like this series >__< just like gundam SEED |

| Uhm, really awesome animation quality and nice special effects. OP was also very nice. Character design was ok. BUT .... this is dropped or better: I won't watch another episode. I don't have the time to watch everything so I am of course focusing on the better stuff and this didn't really interest me. It was really ridiculous in a lot of ways, like the things on the one guy's horse, the emberassing character outfits and stupid english for no reason. The jokes were lame and I kind of had the typical shounen action show with cooler guys and better action. I could overlook that all if the show could grab my attention on some parts or had an interesting story. But overall nothing new. Maybe I am just too old for this. 6 years ago I might have loved it. |

| Very Epic first ep!! VA's are perfect. Not really sure what's going on yet, but it sure was fun. The characters are great, especially considering this is a game anime, I think I'll keep up on this one, too, god, just another to the pile, lol...Urahara Out!! |

| I have the first half of the series and I just watched episode 1 last night from just the first episode I liked it I wouldn't say that I loved it for say but it was interesting. I give it a 8/10 weather it gets better I will never know until I watch more of it. |

| Ha ha what an awesome series xD, I love how they incorporate the humors and the fighting scenes are so ridiculously exaggerated/over done that it makes it all the more so hilarious add in the beautiful visuals and you have yourself an awesome series =D, the OP is great as well ^^ |
| Sengoku Basara is like Warriors Orochi, right? the game. Why is Date using 6 swords I know his primary weapon is guns. Anyways, I played the sequel games the intro of this anime was just brilliant and hoping to be great in every episode GO! YUKIMURA, likely the comedian of this series |

| Lol, pretty good episode although I didn't understand why were they fighting in the first place. Probably it's one of those divide and conquer thing ages ago. Plus, all those names confused the hell out of me. They introduced me to like 10 different rulers, so many that I couldn't even pick up. I couldn't even remember the names of the ruler. :( Pretty good episode. So, we got this red spear guy and this blue sword guy. Interesting. |
| This episode was amazing! The art was outstanding, the characters were interesting, the fights were intense and the horses had exhaust pipes! I can't wait to see the rest of this series, I'm hooked already. :D Maybe this is the answer to my unsatisfied dreams of a Dynasty Warriors anime. :P |

| The only reason I started to watch this after a long break of anime was the historical references to the Sengoku period. I love how they changed the fights to such ridiculous proportions. Epic. Though I don't think Kasuga or Ichi were real people at all... |

| After 5 minutes you get the feeling it's an anime for 12 years old boys... after one episode you know it is. The game... kind of... had a different feeling. I'll watch it and take it as a big joke, a good one. |

| Date is amazing for a 'samurai' heck his horse is decorated as if it was a motorcycle there was no such thing back then eh. I thought the fighting scene was abit too epic... I won't deny I'm pretty much excited for the next episode! |
