| It was really good but I can't stand the female lead.. she's so dense, and her kawaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii moments made me think about whole universe of moe - why I feel like I've seen this scenes at last 5 times in other shows!? There are two thing that makes her 'unique' the blood sword skill and her big-red glasses. Anyway I expect this to be pretty good anime, this animation, this ost, this kyoani, dis gon b gud. Opening is great I really love it! Especially the last scene of it with Kimi wo Mitsuketa yoooooooooooooooo~ Waiting for new episode! |

| This reminds me a lot of Chuunibyou only with a bit more action and a darker setting especially the girl with glasses. The main character acts like he doesn't care much, but he does seem to care a lot. |

| Good work with camera, that's for sure. But as for the setting - it feels a little bit weird for me, random youmu and spirit hunters are all over the place, main hero is immortal, well this better has good story cause I am a little bit confused right now. (not to mention that main heroine obsession with killing him is just stupid and not so cliche at all) So, I am not convinced at all let's hope next episode will be better. |

| Good animation, but the story seems shitty. The characters are unbearable, that megane girls is non-sensical, and the MC is such a wimp. Also, as usual with Kyo-Ani, it just HAD to take place in a school. Fuck this shit! |
| I liked it, thought wasn't overly excited. KyoAni's animation is getting only better. I'm happy, they're making a supernatural genre anime - all those battles and effects are so beautiful. Chuuninbiyo had only several battle scenes, I was so excited to watch, and here we got a whole anime that will, obviously, will have many of them. After so many realistic tales, KyoAni made, this one does stand up. Right now, I don't really know what to expect, I'm not a fan of supernatural themed animes, but I hope, it will so heartwarming like this company's previous works. The characters are very unique and cute. I liked that the viewer just dived in the world the characters live in. I hope, KyoAni will make me love this. And thoses glasses... To many animes with glasses starting. Love it :D |
| When I saw the beginning, I thought "Oh my lord, Amakata-sensei stabbed Nagisa!!! Oh wait, this isn't Free..." An interesting start, but a little underwhelming. Will stick around and see where this goes. |

| I found it very difficult to sit through this thing. Calling it boring would be a huge understatement. Bitch female protagonist with no brain. Boring male protagonist with no personality or goals. Not much happening. Comedy parts weren't funny at all. Serious parts weren't interesting at all. Almost no story in sight. Forgettable OST. No amount of animation can save this and I'm not going to overlook the lack of substance just cause they throw in some fancy action scenes (which weren't even exciting to watch anyway). Dropped. |

| I actually enjoyed this, a lot more than the recent KyoAni series. I liked the OST(as in the BGM), I liked the ED, the animation was nice, the plot looks kind of interesting. Hopefully they explain why the MC is immortal even though he's half shade. |

| Noticed that Kyoani didn't go with the CM version of the character design, they changed it to a more "K-On" character design for the TV adaptation. CM version was similar but had less "cutesy" character design and leaned toward more "realistic" which I liked better, but the TV version fits Mirai's personality a lot better :/ |
| I enjoyed the hell out of this. Gonna be interesting to see how KyoAni balance the action scenes with the comedy and SoL they're so well know for. Mirai is a qt. |

| I had high hopes for this anime when i read the storyline and now that i have finally seen it here is what i have to say about it OMG it so delivered I loved how it started this was such an amazing start That chase was really good n so funny at the same time n when he was like is there a Youmu she was trying to play it off. Just all around this was a good start of a promising series lets hope it keeps it up. |

At first, the shittiness of this anime only makes me cringe, but now, it makes me angry how 99,999999% of people in this world act like this is the best anime in the world! wth this is so BAD BAD BAD BORING BORING BORING, if i ever born again, i wish i'm reborn in the majority who love shitty anime like this. |

Akihito at least is a departure from the stone-faced MC Kyoani prefers but even he couldn't lift the episode from the depths of boring. Mirai contributed to that because her "cute" clumsiness won no points other than getting on people's nerves. I can only hope it won't be so blatantly in-your-face in future episodes. We got less than a second of Hiroomi but it looks like he's the most interesting character and that just goes to show how compelling the rest of the cast is... |

| reminds me of chuuninbyou and monogatari series. just more darker than chuuninbyou, more action than monogatari series kinda like it, lemme watch the next episode probably my favourite anime this season (dunno how you guys see, but if they dont reduce the fanservice in kill la kill, i probably drop it) |

| After first episode I had one thought: LOL If series gonna be like first episode, then I will be enjoying it pretty much. I strted to like both of Main Characters. Mirai and her clumsiness and Akihito with his immortality and tactical retreat! xD |
